Ireland is not independent it is in the EU. It is in competition with Eastern Europe. Its export sales are nothing compared to Scotland. The only thing going for it is the low tax rate regime.
Scotland would have sky high tax rates because of the loony national socialists you support. Manufacturers would leave in droves. And then because of the loss of earnings, the SNATs would race taxes even more.

Scotland would have sky high tax rates because of the loony national socialists you support. Manufacturers would leave in droves. we have higher taxation rates then you at the minute . What are you talking about? For that high taxation , we get free university for our children , you pay £9 k plus , lower council tax , free presciptions and much else.
Manufacturers are struggling in scotland at the minute due to brexit . We need back in our european union where we belong away from you kipper loonies and your empire navel gazing.
There is a dissatisfaction among some of our markets in terms of the standard in Scotland… It is a real challenge. We know that it is a combination, unpalatable as it may be to some areas of government, of the impact of Brexit, with an exodus of EU workforce and the difficulty of bringing an EU workforce in, and the recovery from the pandemic.”

^ Missing the point again. At the moment Scotland has unrestricted access to the UK market and sales of £51.2 billion to the rest of the UK which you want to jeopardise. There is no way you can make up the shortfall by joining the EU, or for that matter trading with the rest of the world. Only the UK market can give Scotland the boost it needs. Without unfettered access to the UK market, Scotland would falter. You seek to be the architect of its demise all because you hate the English. Anything you blame Brexit for, you would replicate and make worse.

There is no way you can make up the shortfall by joining the EU, or for that matter trading with the rest of the world. We have the evidence in front of your eyes vincent. The republic of ireland did just that , not only that , its trade with the eu is five times greater than its trade with the uk. Why couldnt scotland do the same?
Meanwhile in brexit britian....
Brexit three years on – still an unmitigated disaster for Scotland
62% of Scottish voters voted to remain in Europe but we are part of an unequal ‘Union’. Three years on from the UK’s exit, the UK economy is failing and not only growth but living standards are falling behind all comparative nations. The UK remains the only major economy not to have recovered to pre-pandemic levels of growth, other than internationally sanctioned Russia. The new UK-EU relationship has negatively impacted UK trade volume and business investment into the UK and the flow of skilled EU workers has flat lined since the referendum.
It is clear that if the Scottish economy is to return to a path of growth and prosperity, then independence within the EU is necessary. Scotland needs to unshackle itself from the broken UK economy that is holding it back, and rejoin the European Union.

And yet every negative thing you blame Brexit for, you want to replicate! All because you hate English people.
Your politics are insane.
Scotland would be in an even worse state.

Scotland would be in an even worse state. A worse state than who
Face it vincent the scottish people just dont agree with you on brexit. How many times have kippers had a political drubbing in scotland over the years?
Brexit has added to inflationary pressures facing the UK.
Brexit has led to a shrinking of the UK economy by at least 4% – amounting to more than 100 billion a year. At the time of the Brexit vote, a pound was worth $1.28. The fact that it is now worth $1.19 adds to background inflation – oil is bought in dollars. Brexit has made it more expensive and difficult to export food and that has affected the balance of payments which also feeds inflation.

A worse state than you're in now.
You would make matters a hundred times worse.
You are in a cult.
You are not thinking clearly.
If you want the UK to be closer to the EU, i.e. EEA agreement, well, your cult already prevented that possibility by trying to prevent UK independence. Labour might go for it and it looks like they'll get in.
If they do get in and if they do sign the EEA agreement, your case disappears anyway. You'll find another reason to screech. But, you have no case you have hatred of the English and racism is a mental illness.

If you want the UK to be closer to the EU, i.e. EEA agreement, well, your cult already prevented that possibility by trying to prevent UK independence. The uk hasnt got full independence from the EU as you put it vincent because your anglo tory party left northern ireland in the EU. Are you trying now to tell me it isnt rishi the remainers fault , but the snps fault? Despite the fact their leader has resigned and the party is a burning train wreck , they are still powerfull enough to stop full uk independence?
we have been over all this time and again vincent. You didnt and dont want eea membership as it comes with freedom of movement , european court jurisdiction and all the other brexiter red lines .
Trying to whine its all the jocks fault wont wash now.

Missing the points again. im not missing any point. You complain the uk hasnt got full bwexit , i point out thats your tory parties fault.
You complain its all the jocks fault you didnt join efta , i point out you didnt want to join efta as you would be under european courts and have to accept the four freedoms .
....and you tell me im missing the point?
No vincent. What im doing is not accepting your whining excuses for brexit being a fucking disaster , and as ever you dont like it.
