Give homes, education and employment to the homeless. Give them money, books and opportunities to make and save money, get back on their feet and become employable in a normal business.
Give those with addition, the support to overcome it.
Give those with disabilities a way to work around their impediments.

Well let’s face it many homeless having mental health issues and of those a good proportion are those who served this country and for one reason or another are now suffering.
So workhouses no , shouldn’t we be spending on the mental health system?
