Why will it "Rattle the lefties cage"?
A Tory PM doing what Labour tells it to is a good thing.
If the Tories come up with an idea of their own it won't worry the left, but it will surprise them.

Why will it "Rattle the lefties cage"? And just like magic one turns up. They will accuse the Tories of stealing their only known policy.

RR, tbh the windfall tax is all Starmer has, if Sunak takes it from him what on earth is he going to criticise the nasty Tories for? And your initials are uncomfortably similar to mine, because I'm better looking you should change yours. In fact, there's something in the small print to that effect. So you agree, from now on you will be known as Dobbin

Immigration. Foreign policy. Crime. Mental health. The NHS. Care homes. Criminality in office. Lack of scrutiny. Security risks. U turns. Full circle turns. Interest rates. The list goes on.

This will rattle the loonie righty's cage.. Shell moved its HQ from Holland because it had to pay less tax in the UK. More than 99% of votes approve Shell’s restructuring plan The step will make share buybacks quicker and lower cost. As the sleaze bags in Westminster ignore this fact or that fact as money stuffed in brown paper bags. Ah come back Mr Hamilton. You are now a ametuer . If the first link does not come up.. Google. Shell investors back moving HQ from Netherlands to UK. Why do righty's believe out and out liars. Money. With easy access to righty sleaze bags in Westminster. . And that matey the head righty of the wrongies. Is why Shell moved. www.ft.com/content/d932a462-2b31-479a-bd08-6e8abc02c375www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-59288593news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/542252.stm

All good, sound Conservative politics.
By the way, I shall be getting a bumper dividend from Shell next time. That's the trickle down effect in action.
I'm rather fancying a new motorcycle.

I have never disagreed with taxation attracts inward investment. That is why Scotland has the highest inward investment in Europe. And more if it got away from the likes of you and your ilk. Who cannot live within their means. The move had nothing to do with taxation. Shell paid 30% corporation tax on their profits. It paid zero windfall tax in the UK despite making record global profits of nearly £26bn. So much for the crap there is no oil left in Scottish waters as the sleaze bags in Westminster issue a further 100 licence's to explore. It was to get access to UKIP thinking fascist sleaze bags in Westminster And brown paper bags filled with money. The step will make share buybacks quicker and lower cost. In terms of your nonsense about trickle down. You are still paying for the last one some 15 years later. And your grandkids grandkids grand kid will be paying for this trickle down which took 2 days to destroy the Uk economy, two PM and three weeks ago. How very Italian. Who nobody voted for. But heh Lets just say I believe the good Prof. Not someone who does not even know his political leaning. But congrats. A whole three lines all by yourself instead of your meaningless one line wonder. You will be ready for a holiday with all that trickle down money you did not got. www.sdi.co.uk/news-features/news-and-feature-articles/ey-attractiveness-survey-2021www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2022/09/21/the-imf-says-trickle-down-does-not-work-and-we-all-know-theyre-right/.

Wrecking more of the NHS,punishing people on universal credit and other benefits, giving the pensioners another kicking by ending the triple lock that policy has been changed about three times in three weeks.
