Did they tell you at that exclusive school of yours that the Irish won their independence as a result of taking the UK to court? didnt they tell you in your council estate school that imaginary uk courts and laws didnt stop them? Right. So, now we're getting to the heart of the matter. You don't think that Westminster has jurisdiction in Scotland. That's fine. It's an altogether different thing saying that Scottish courts aren't subject to the UK constitution, though. Sure, Scotland could rebel. It's a mystery why they would feel the need to do that, though. After all, you say Scotland is an autonomous nation outside the reach of the UK constitution, so they could simply declare themselves sovereign without the need to resort to violence.

I had better warn the North Britons, the Scots are coming then, in fact you can use the battle bus! only 6 per cent of scots saw themselves as north british in the last published census results sheepwash.
I said North Britons, I thought we had better puncture the tyres on the battle bus first. Thar reminds me Henry is coming to sweep the chimney this week I had better raid the piggy bank. Before the mass hoards of Scots invade. They might get as far as Westminster and raid the treasury.

Okay. Don't take my word for the existence of a UK constitution. There are several legal textbooks you can consult on the matter. Good luck with your rebellion, by the way.

Farage is now a man on a mission to stop Banks closing accounts for no good reason, he is setting up a new website to inform and help others who have had the same treatment

Surely exmaple Scottish law originates from Canadian immigrants who found the Toronto winters too mild and the lack of battered Mars bars intolerable? well all i can say monte is i never knew i was middle class till i first visited an english council estate. last time i was in hackney as i told patman , i saw some graffiti saying happy 30th birthday grandma. imagine the shock.
You can see why darling is so ill educated. leaving school at 12 to go into a life of benefits dependency is never a good look.
I went to a council estate in Oldham once to give my mate, who was paid by the council to give juggling workshops to underprivileged kids, a hand. I felt positively aristocratic. Quite an eye opener for a country boy from East Anglia. It looked like there had been a riot the night before but apparently all the broken bottles burnt out cars and assorted abandoned furniture was normal. The friend told me about a previous occasion he'd been to Oldham when he was run out of a park by the NF because only Asian kids had turned up to take advantage and they thought that whites had been excluded. He had to be escorted out by the police in the end and nobody got a free juggling workshop.

im still trying and failing to get my head around your twisted logic about one parliament not binding another parliament ,the uk parliament being free and unemcumbered to do whatever it wants , the acts of union not binding the uk , but some imaginary consitution in england binding scotland?
i think from where im sitting , your politics needs all the luck it can get rather than mine.

Oh, shit! He isn't a MP, having been rejected by the electorate 7 times. Well, he'll just have set up a website like thousands of others, then. Maybe, Skilfuldot.com could lend his assistance.
