i doth protest monte.
we drink copious amounts of merlot , and eat the finest delicacies , in high scottish society , while protected by our civilised scottish law , unlike the vulgar english council estates and their lawllessness.
There’s the law as it is outlined on some obscure Scot nat gammon website and there is the law as it is collected in legal textbooks and applied by the judiciary. You favour the former. Good man! i cant keep up with the differing meanings of the world gammon ? It now applies to the communist nazis of the scottish indy movement? A bit like the mythical uk law , or constitution , meanings seem to be stretched beyond imagination in the fantsy world of darling.

what legal arguemtns are they darling? im giving you fact , and helping you for free to understand the basics of your uk state . Im not a lawyer , but even someone as humble and from impoverished origins as myself learned that uk law and the uk
As I said: the courts will apply the law as collected in legal textbooks and traditionally applied by the judiciary. I wish you the best of luck with your court case. Shame none of the actual lawyers who represented the Scots nats in the past didn't go to your school. ahh. The courts are going to stop scottish indy ? someone better tell the irish that westmsinter and the english courts said they couldnt be independent.
i mean if you cant even get the basics correct like what legal system scotland uses , what chance have you arguing complex legal positions in a hypothetical court case to stop scotland leaving the uk and the labour luvvies losing voting fodder.

I will give you a moment to compose yourself and try and at least answer my points. Did you know for exmaple scottish law originates among the old brehon law system that once covered scotland and ireland? Brehon comes from gaelic , and it means to judge.
Added into it from the 12th century onwards is elements of roman , dutch , french law , completely different to england. Especially scottish ciminal law and common law.
Surely exmaple Scottish law originates from Canadian immigrants who found the Toronto winters too mild and the lack of battered Mars bars intolerable? |

I don't think the Irish or anyone else who gained independence did so on the back of a spurious legal claim. They usually had rebellions of some sort. I'm not aware of any that were fought in the courts. |

You can see why darling is so ill educated. leaving school at 12 to go into a life of benefits dependency is never a good look.

We're not all nationalists, some of us are patriots. theres mant differing forms and interpretations of nationalism , but if you beleive in a country , wether its england scotland uk or whatever , then generally that is a form of nationalism. its nothing to be ashamed about monte. |
