Did you see the word more? We are not going to get more - just replace the dwindling supply from existing fields. Your policy commits us to being dependent on erratic supplies from foreign governments at very high cost. Wind energy is cheaper than gas and has been since before Russia shoved the cost up. I wont bother to talk to you about the cost of climate change.

No, nature is going to kill us. That's not an if it's a when.
Old age is going to kill you, its not an if its a when. Do you have any desire to hurry it along. Of course not. That's why I don't believe fairy tales about climate change.

I have to admit the question on the poll looks quite dumb. Climate changes are natural and have always shifted. The planet has had a relatively calm and stable system for millions of years and will do so for a long long time. This does not mean there won't be changes or even the odd environmental disaster (going by our measurement). Nothing is perfect - the world of not a perfect sphere.
Why not just address our dependency on finite resources without the fearmongering, hysterics and antisocial behaviour?

There are some who are dumb enough not to keep up, but fortunately they are in a minority

My option is the majority on here, but I guess you're trying to speak for everyone else on the planet.

Because I don't wish to cramp my lifestyle in the name of a fantasy.
So please keep drinking that Koolaid if you wish. Carry on virtue signalling and prance about in your Tesla if you think it's saving the world.
But you have been duped and not all of us share your delusion.

During the latest period, 74% of adults in Great Britain aged 16 years and over said they were (very or somewhat) worried about climate change.

The more it goes on the more it appears to be the work of control freaks who need to control everything. It's a true sign of insecurity which is fed with propaganda to make people even more insecure. Not only that, it's peddled by the same people who encourage the mass movement of people into this country, which has a negative impact on the natural landscapes whilst making it near impossible to even address alternative means of energy.

People worry about all sort of things. I'm sure people were worried about Covid 19, war, nuclear war and everything else that is repetitively peddled in the media to control you.

People don't normally worry about things that don't exist. Of course there are exceptions, I believe we call them conspiracy theorists.

I have already stated that climate changes and will do so with or without people. The fact that you don't appear to actually have an argument beyond a basic premise only informs me that you're a bit of a fraud jumping on a bandwagon.

Yes, I agree that the climate does change and has changed. The difference is the rate that is has been been changing.
