So let's work this out. We are at some sort of event, then a bunch of weirdo freaks start spreading a 'unknown orange substance all over the place', how many of us would stand there and not be alarmed about what this substance was and what harm it could cause? Does that not give each every one us the legal right to defend 'our space', how do we know we aren't under attack from terrorists or hostile forces, that gives every law abiding civilized citizen in the UK the right to 'defend' their space. So you would be the hero and run towards the danger? The video of the protesters 'colouring' the flower showed quite clearly that it is not a 'dangerous' substance.

It’s obvious that the police are worse than useless in controlling the Just stop oil vandals . This pretty much refutes the blanket claim that the police are useless because of ‘ government cuts’. Governments cuts have nothing to do with the self imposed impotence of the police .

You may have a point but, as I have said, the police take orders from above especially in high profile case such as this.

Ask yourselves this question, and be honest about the answer: What would the police response look like if this were an EDL demo? And I think we all know the answer to that. The police have clearly been ordered to go easy on Just Stop Oil.

Perhaps we need you when Russia lets loose its chemicals against former citizens. It would save a lot of money on testing and hazmat suits if you can just look at it and say it is not dangerous.
