It's why I live where I do. You get young kids playing in my road. They are so polite and well behaved though. You also get foreign tourists, but they are cultured. Many are from Europe, some from the Far East. They come here because it is a super-mellow place. My road is so lovely it is a tourist attraction! I do muck in myself and try and keep the front garden looking good like all the other houses also do, bar one. Are you still living in the house your father built in Somerset? |

My parents live in Buckinghamshire in the same house as they have always lived in (and built). I live in Somerset. The house I live in was built by the first owner, so it is a bit quirky. (Not built by a corporation) |

Because it’s a right bastard having to experience that.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-65850704Looks like they’ll be out in Salford soon A 15 year old riding an illegal e-bike being followed by coppers gave them the slip by diving between bollards blocking the road preventing further pursuit, and promptly rode head first into a stationary ambulance whose paramedics were treating a callout. Oh dear.

Another one removed from the gene pool. Indeed many years back someone went on a local radio station complaining their kid had died in a stolen car he was driving and being chased by police. The presenter said sorry he’s dead but it’s his own fault he should’ve pulled over. The dad got on to ofcom who did an enquiry sanctioned him and fined the station a five figure sum. Bloody mad if you are engaged in illegal activity and die it’s your own fault no one else’s. |
