I got over it very very quickly because there was nothing I could do about it, so don't make false insinuations against me. Nigel's lies helped the Brexit result, but he has now apparently acknowledged that Brexit has failed. The vote was to leave - we have left. Get over it. The vote was to leave, the reasons for leaving are the stumbling block for posters like yourself. Applying stunted logic that only goes as far as you want it to go, is rather pathetic.

That part is understood, the question is why do you think it would be politically untenable? Because , I suspect that the politically acceptable approach would be one dimensional and the real solution would not. But the words 'politically untenable' and 'politically acceptable' are your words, not Starmer's. Starmer is looking for real solutions.

Do you expect me to post other peoples words ?

Your original post posted on a debating forum was not up for debate, it was just an attempt by yourself to undermine Starmer. Fair enough, so I won't attempt to debate it further.

I'm worried about your judgement. A whole raft of politicians are anti-Brexit, for seven years many of them have done their best to thwart the process and they're people of all political persuasions and from different backgrounds; we have some on here. There has been a lot of anti-Brexit mumbling, but to my knowledge no one with any authority or any ability to halt Brexit has stood in the way of Brexit. You have been asleep, it kicked off with a politically inspired, politically supported legal move by Gina Miller. That was followed by a cross party attempt to block legislation for our leaving often supported by vested financial/business interests both here and abroad.

Do you expect me to post other peoples words ? Expecting you to use wisdom and intelligence when posting your words was probably the expectation. Always a forlorn hope in your case.

I don't have to determine the reasons why any individual voted to leave, enough reasons were given by Outers at that time.

So you know why people voted to leave - and we left.
Get over it and move on.
