The only people to 'moan' about the tactics used by the police to catch people breaking the laws are those that break the laws. but it does rather drive a pony and trap through the claims made to now that the vans are (except in north wales where they hide them in horse boxes) deliberately highly visible as a visible deterrent. You can’t claim that is anything other than bullshit when they psint the fucking things battleship grey…. |

He didn't really care about anything, except people who drove 7 or 8 mph over the limit. He was a fucking imbecile who Clarkson ripped the shit out of, verbally of course. |

Almost every surveillance based system in use in the uk is down to his ‘deny criminals the use of the roads’ policy which someone stupidly published as a word document without refacting tbe comments. It's not cricket to slow down when you see a speed camera and then speed up when you are past it. It seems speeding is only a crime if you are caught, much like mobile phones. |
