The whole frigging globe is struggling after covid. And our big near neighbours and other allies are doing better after Covid because they’ve not having to cope with 4% hits to their GDP that Brexit has cost the UK. Put your fingers in your ears and La La away all you like, life in the UK is not going to return to the standards of 2019/20 anytime soon… Total bollox.

Freedom has a cost, some people prefer to be a couple of quid better off to live in servitude to the Borg collective. 4% is money well spent.

I’m guessing you’re in a position not likely to miss a couple of quid, and might even relish the warm feeling you get from helping out some of the growing number of people suffering from deprivation made worse by Brexit…

I thought the Mail's idea of how to get misinformation accepted was to peddle it ad nauseam...

There is plenty of evidence out there to those who can see past the end of their remainer nose.

At the time the political view was in the long run it will be worth it. Why would hardship for some now be a problem when in the long run it will be worth it. Whatever policies are enacted by anyone then hardship for some will always ensue. Letting the small boats come in brings hardship to local communities up and down the country. I assume you think it is worth it.
