Scotland is devolved, money is lavished on it, yet Scots keep leaving.  Yeah. Imagine if Sturgeon could have pissed the whole budget up the wall. You have your own tax raising powers. Why not use them. A 98% income tax on anyone earning more than say 150k and 100% seizure of capital assets on death should do the job. Scotland would empty of taxpayers faster than you could say ‘hold that fucking door open,.
