Almost 98 per cent of Albanians issued with deportation orders use legal tricks to try and stay in the UK, figures reveal Just 25 per cent of Albanians with deportation orders have 'no barrier' to leave.
Nearly 98 per cent of Albanian migrants issued with deportation orders deploy legal devices to resist being sent back, according to figures seen by The Mail on Sunday.
Out of more than 1,000 Albanians who are subject to these orders in the UK, only 25 are recorded as having ‘no barrier’ to deportation.
Border Force sources say that around one third of the remaining migrants have claimed to be victims of modern slavery. A further quarter have claimed asylum under human rights laws.
Migrants including women and children are removed from a Border Force vessel after
being picked up in the Channel on March 6
It comes after Home Secretary Suella Braverman last week unveiled a Bill banning Channel migrants from claiming asylum.
Ms Braverman said the system was ‘overwhelmed’ following an increase of 500 per cent in small boats crossing the Channel in two years. She added that the ‘waves of illegal migrants breaching our border’ will only end when they know that the UK will deport them ‘swiftly’.

The Albanians are the drugs cartels, once they get a footing in the UK no place or person will be safe, they recruit the boat people as foot soliders, if you think some of the streets in the UK are bad now wait till the Albanians drug lords take over, you aint seen nothing yet.

They have been here doing that for years Not on the scale they will be operating now, tens of thousands of Albanians are now free to wander and do business in the UK, they don't need handouts because they are funded by the drug lords, never before have Albanians invaded the UK on such a scale.

They have done a good job in fairness, they have used political outlets to further their invasion using every trick in the book, but mainly money.

So why doesnt this government fix the laws ?
They have been the overseer's and in charge for 13 years, and its THEIR policies and THEIR system which is not working, and has failed.
Albania is not a country at war, it has no brutal regime, its a nation with universal free health care, free education, free and fair elections. Theres no oppression, no famine, no natural disaster and no civil unrest.
There should be a "Fast Track" process for Albanians, and for anyone coming from a stable, democratic country.
At the same time, due consideration must always apply to anyone seeking refuge from Ukraine, Syria or a war torn country.

No Government to date has ever put in place a workable controlled Migration System , on top of that came Freedom of Movement from the EU every Tom Dick and Harriet could just walk in, that is why the population of the UK is now over 66 million, that is why our entire infrastructure is at breaking point. We can and do deport undesirables but not fast enough it can take a long time, thanks to the Leftie Lawyers and Migrant Charities that means lots of expensive Court cases mounting appeal after appeal more and more of taxpayers money every day down the drain Albanians can be deported quickly and some are , the major problem is finding the buggers they come back in quicker than we can deport them, we might as well have swing doors fitted at our Ports of entry. For many years we have accepted genuine Refugees and given them sanctuary, we will not deport anyone back to their own country if they face being executed or tortured by the Regimes they are running away from, but again with some we cannot establish where they came from we get lied too day in day out What Sunak and this Government is trying to put in place is a more robust way of dealing with the thousands of people currently here quickly weeks instead of months or years, when we do start to deport them we get stopped from doing so by a Court outside of the UK. If Labour win the GE and Starmer becomes PM a former Human Rights Lawyer he would allow more in as Blair did when he was PM

Pity we didn't think about that when Nato established an Albanian narco terrorist regime in Kosovo.

Never in modern British history has there been the numbers of asylum seekers backlogged as there are now, not ever under any Labour government.
We have never been faced with the current unprecidented problem of asylum seekers coming here in large numbers in boats.
The problem is the painstaking slow process in dealing with asylum seekers, its the governments fault, why is it taking so long, and why are not Ukrainians and Syrians not dealt with differently to Albanians.
Sunaks plan is shite - it would mean that for some people who are genuinely fleeing for their lives, they would not have any means of applying for asylum ..... not good enough.

I do live here I do know the problem, and yes it is a slow process , but to date no Government has dealt with this problem the present Government wants to introduce different legislation in order that they can deal with the huge problem legally , if depends how much support the PM gets from his own MP's and how the opposition vote as welk for or against.
Albanians are not fleeing a war but they now claim they have been trafficked to the UK, therefore that means their claim has to be investigated so they get to stay here , they are liars but we have to prove they lie.
Syrians and Ukrainians are actually fleeing a war , as are some Syrians we cannot turn them away if genuine, we will not deport anyone back to a country where they maybe killed or tortured full stop

Who would back the destruction of local services and rising national debt plus dodgy charities personally when it lands in the hands of criminals, while the list of crimes get longer everyday, even the roads are undrivable, you cannot go on holiday because the hotel rooms are in short supply. Therefore destroying local economies, Which is all advertised as making sense because you are helping others.
