As Pacifico says, nobody can properly expand upon the substantial and relevant difference between the two events. Perhaps this added information points to how the distinction was drawn You could assume the integrity. Imagine it is a jigsaw puzzle with two pieces On piece is a decision nobody can properly explain and the other piece is a possible explanation

Starmer is quite unique, in that he is hated by his own membership more than the general public.
Why... because he is a lying twat. He has lied in parliament three times now, then claimed the "misheard the question" / "didn't recall" defense.
He has lied to the Unions. He told a Union gathering in Liverpool that he would never have anything to do with the Sun (to get them on side)... then he wrote articles for them lol.
He lied to the membership to get the leadership.
He is just a populist like Boris, flip flopping his position... a man of zero convictions.

God I hope you are wrong, that leaves us with no one to vote for. The country certainly doesn't want more Conservatism. 13 years and just look at the state of us.

None oif the mainstream parties are worth a carrot, you may as well vote for thge Monster Raving Party who couldn't possibly do any worse than what we've had since the war.

That party you support while you snipe at Labour. Well I support the SDP - but I was more interested in this idea that we have had conservatism. What leads you to believe this? After all it's certainly not in the areas of tax policy, public spending, immigration, trade or health. Where is the conservatism?

Does anyone actually know what the Conservatives represent anymore. I guess you are looking for an even bigger wealth gap, with the poor perhaps remembering to doth their caps and accept a gift of left over food on boxing day. Happy times.

Funny you should mention that, I was reading today that civil servants were trying to decide government policy not enact it, which wouldn't be the first time, now they are protecting foreign criminals and their attacks on UK citizens.

The Conservatives are held back by laws and circumstances at the moment. You will be reintroduced to their nastiness just as soon as conditions return to anything like normal.

Cant see the tories turning this around now. Sunak is despised , and they have made too many mistakes and too much of a mess that people have now run out of patience with them.
I saw an interview with tory david davis talking about the migration crises and how it was all the tory government and home office fault , as one example of public perception of where the tories have let their voting base down.
Time is running out , and of course with rishi selling norn ireland out , with much of the fall out still to come, i think they are sinking fast.
Don't bank on it,they have deployed the race card it will appeal to the puce faced rightwing bigots and enough of the red wall racists. im not banking on anything sword . Im not a labour supporter . I have never underestimated keir starmers ability to shoot himself in both feet with an open goal in front of him , but this time , coming up against that funny wee man rishi the remainer , and the tories disasterous record in government , can starmer really fuck things up so badly that he fails to fall into place in a two horse race ?
