Only because I find your political ramblings in the vein of Blairite politics amusing. You are just like him, he also believes he can con anyone. Blair didn't handle criticism well and would have old Labour supporters accused of heckling then thrown out during his hand waving performances. Even though he was a complete fuck up, that made Boris look like some kind of genius.

Take a look at any video of Blair and pay attention to the hand gestures, what he emphasises and the way he reinforces through repetition. The guy is trained to deceive and hypnotise people.

The guy is trained to deceive and hypnotise people. Well his minions certainly didn't have you tied up and beaten Mags, he will be back, he always is. The thing is though now we recognise the soft voice, the calculated pauses, the imploring sincerity as all false and designed. It invokes in us an antipathy to all he is and all he has done, all he says and all he wishes to see to come to fruition. There is little doubt as a hate figure for many who once respected and supported him he is unparalleled in UK history.

So tonight he voted to prevent other Civil Servants from getting the same deal he already benefits from.. Sir Keir Starmer has been accused of hypocrisy after it emerged that he has a unique pension deal from his time as Director of Public Prosecutions which allows him to avoid tax on his savings.
Sir Iain Duncan Smith, the former work and pensions secretary, said: “Politicians who take policy positions should recognise that complaining that others benefit, while they themselves have also benefited, is as close to hypocrisy as it is possible to get.

Did Sir Kier have a choice on his pension Is it Labour policy to remove the existing exemptions or just the ones introduced in the Budget?

Is it Labour policy to remove the existing exemptions or just the ones introduced in the Budget? Did Sir Kier have a choice on his pension do Doctors, Teachers and Policemen have a choice about theirs?. Labour are promising to abolish the Pension reform introduced in the Budget should they gain office as it 'only benefits the top 1%'. But they are not going to abolish the pension deals that already existed before the Budget - hence Mr Starmers tax free pension is safe.
