He does not care he is full of himself totally self centred he is not listening to anyone but himself , to extend the ULEZ Zone he needs to install 2,750 new cameras at a cost of between £130 million and £140 million

He never gave toss about how much money he spent. In fact I doubt that he could count. But he did like a party and was happy to to piss away the taxpayers money accordingly.
But London has always been lucky in its Mayors and candidates for the job.
Does anyone remember Steve "Shagger" Norris standing on his open decked campaign bus and screaming, "Vote for me you bastards, I have at least two families to support." ?
Happy days. But now all we have is dreary gits like Saddo Khan

London News tonight some of the Mayors new Cameras being installed to monitor the new ULEZ have been vandalised all ready the installation costs runs into millions, he is demanding more money from the Government ( Taxpayers) yet again, he is already taking more from Council Tax its never ending It seems that the case for the PM2.5 particulates that are so bad for everyone is at best significantly overegged and at worst a straightforward lie. Yet this is one of the main planks of his case to enlarge the zone. junkscience.com/2023/03/pm2-5-mass-killer-or-mass-fraud/"The EPA invented PM2.5 as the most toxic substance known to man that is, any inhalation can result in death as soon as hours. Or, alternatively, PM2.5 may kill you after a lifetime of (unavoidably) inhaling it. No other substance known to man works this way and there is no body of science to support these claims. The EPA’s own courtroom admission undercuts its claims about the epidemiology and its own human experiments fail to provide any support to the motion that PM2.5 causes adverse health impact, let alone kills. The EPA has refused for decades to produce the data so independent scientists can try to replicate its epidemiologic studies. The agency has essentially ignored the results of a large well-conducted epidemiologic study that directly contradicts its own. All real-world data contradict EPA’s claims and the smoking epidemiology demonstrates quite clearly just how ludicrous EPA’s claims are." Though the EPA and other health and regulatory agencies around the world claim that PM2.5 kills as many as 8 million people every year, these claims are based on statistical malpractice. Moreover, no one has ever produced for medical examination a single body of someone allegedly killed by PM2.5. With so many millions allegedly killed, one would think as least one body could be produced somewhere. The bottom line is that the claim that PM2.5 causes death is the most demonstrable science fraud of our time.

That's the problem with Mayors of London , you get rid of one useless idiot and before you know it another comes along Londonistan ULEZ exemption to be brought in for road where Sadiq Khan lives
controversial ULEZ exemption is being brought in right outside Londonistans mayor Sadiq Khan's house - and critics believe it's so he can nip to the shops for a pint of milk without having to pay the charge. The expansion which is due to take place on August 29, bringing almost every road in London into the charging zone, has proved deeply unpopular with many Londoners.
As residents contemplate scrapping their non-compliant vehicles, the exemption to the £12.50 daily charge will apply on the stretch of road between Mr Khan's home in Tooting and his local Sainsbury's. A source has told MyLondon the exemption will only apply at certain times of the day - specifically those times when Mr Khan is driving a car which isn't compliant.
They added that the exemption would apply to anyone driving along the road - and not just Mr Khan - to "make things fair". Asked whether other Londoners could benefit from the exemption in Mr Khan's road, the source said: "As long as they can get their car through the rest of the ULEZ zone without being charged then yes, of course. They'd just need to tow it using a ULEZ compliant car then start the engine of their non-compliant car once within the exemption zone."

Lewisham Council has been forced to return thousands of pounds they fined motorists for driving down traffic free roads , the reason drivers did drive down them was a main water pipe had burst and residents were being brought out of their flooded homes by Fire Fighters using rubber boats, no other way round flooded streets
