So Humza Yousaf enthusiastically supports the introduction of a Law that he doesn't either believe in or know how to make work...
Gender self-ID is supposed to settle the matter in law. For him to say he doesn't believe someone is trans is.. Transphobic? Bigoted? Hate? If he is permitted to “truly, and genuinely” doubt, why pass a law compelling others to believe?

What could possibly go wrong? Before we know it, the Scots will be calling for Sharia law after the Sturgeons demise they are not in the mood for anymore neo liberalism.

And yet you support a fascist party that wants to make your wife into a foreigner, affect her passport, migration rights, take away her freedoms. Give your head a shake Thomas.
You support Scottish National Socialist xenophobia towards the English.
Stub your toe and it's the fault of England.
Everything about your politics, is ridiculous.

Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, ultranationalist political ideology and movement, your description of the snp.
Om describes the snp as a wokist leftie organisation.
Talk about all things to all men any old slur will do.?

The SNP are authoritarian. See their anti liberal policy which abolished the right to buy as well as other truly illiberal policies I've already shown you.
Being woke and pandering to perverts doesn't alter the fact that they are absurdly authoritarian fascists.

We have the Act of Union 1707 and the UK is a democracy. Get over it.
The EU isn't one. Its policies are made by the unelected Commission and there is no common standard of living across it, no wage standards.
It doesn't work. If it did, if there was wage parity across it, if there was democratic accountability of the Commission, with direct elections of policy makers, I'd be a supporter.
We tried reforming it from the inside and got nowhere. Now it looks like they're actually trying to reform.
With sufficient reform, I wouldn't oppose rejoining. HOWEVER, there would have to be a democratic process.

I thought the fat bastard had been silent for a while......Second rate career politician endorsing another......If Blackford is backing Humza then Humza must be the wrong person ! Ian Blackford declares it ‘has to be Humza’ for Scotland’s next first minister Story by By Katrine Bussey, PA Scotland Political Editor • Yesterday 18:44 Former SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford has endorsed Humza Yousaf in the race to be Scotland’s next first minister. There are three candidates running to take over from Nicola Sturgeon as SNP leader and Scottish first minister – with Mr Yousaf, the Scottish Health Secretary up against Finance Secretary Kate Forbes and former community safety minister Ash Regan. But Mr Blackford declared: “In this election, it has to be Humza.” www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/ian-blackford-declares-it-has-to-be-humza-for-scotland-s-next-first-minister/ar-AA17XNvN?cvid=9c7af9de9bc94f3ca638a3a54406f29f&ocid=winp2fptaskbarhover&ei=5

You bleated about turning peoples wives into foreigners. Thats exactly what brexit did. You took away common european citizenship and turned many woman into foreign citizens who are married to scots.
So what you appear to be saying to me is its ok to turn wives into foreigners who come from some parts of europe , but not wives who come from others?
Sounds like yet more of your isolationist xenophobic anglo british nationalist claptrap to me vinny.
Anyway three cheers for mr sunak keeping the british citizens of northern ireland in the EU , with all rights and priveleges that pertains to including ECJ jurisdiction.

Blackford , aka the lard of the isles , certainly seems keen on yousaf as the continuity candidate. I hear an "indepdent company" has been appointed by murrell and the snp hierarchy to "over see " the elction of the new leader.

When we joined the EEC we were told our sovereignty wasn't affected, it was just a free trade agreement.
But our sovereignty was affected and then in the early 90s we were taken out of the EEC without a vote and into the EU, and the EU is not a democracy.
The Commission listen to lobbyists, they listen to Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum, but not regular voters.
The UK is a sovereign country and made a sovereign decision to leave. You Thomas, were outvoted and need to learn what democracy means. It means the majority rule and the minority have to grin and bear it.
Scotland has for most of its existence not been part of the EU. It has however been part of the UK for centuries and voted to remain so.
Accept the will of the majority lest your fascist party gets clobbered.

I dont want to hear anymore of your waffling excuses and diversions vinny. You made a key point about peoples wives becoming foreigners , and i pointed out thats exactly what brexit did , and all we get in return is a litany of excuses bullshit and innuendo.
Scotland had european citizenship with France for seven centuries until 1907 , it has had uk citizenship for 300 years.
J. Macpherson, published in Scottish Field in 1967, says Dr Talbott, showed that France refused to accept Westminster’s abrogation of the Scottish side of the Auld Alliance in 1906, following the Entente Cordiale between Britain and France. By French law, a Scotsman born before 1907 still possesses the full rights and privileges of Franco-Scottish nationality.
The 716-year-old citizenship and trading privileges enjoyed by Scots in France, she suggests, are possibly intact today.

EU migrants always were foreigners, they had no voting rights in General Elections or Council elections and their migration status was retained.
What you want to do is different.
The UK is a country.
You want to destroy our country, on the basis of partisan nonsense.

That is of course the definition of a troll.
This sentence above shows yet agin how thick you actually are. EU citizens did have voting rights in elections , they even voted in the scottish indy referendum of 2014.
Another day , another lesson for free on a political forum for clueless vinny.
Eligibility to vote
Under the terms of the 2010 Draft Bill, the following people were entitled to vote in the referendum:[16]
British citizens who were resident in Scotland; Citizens of other Commonwealth countries who were resident in Scotland; Citizens of other European Union countries who were resident in Scotland; Members of the House of Lords who were resident in Scotland; Service/Crown personnel serving in the UK or overseas in the British Armed Forces or with Her Majesty's Government who were registered to vote in Scotland.
