FFS - that is for immigration into the UK Clearly you dont have a clue what you are talking about. Emma de souza is a british born citizen of northern ireland , from derry. She is married to a yank. She is not an immigrant to the uk.
She found herself at the centre of a legal battle when the uk home office rejected a residence card for her yank husband. So you claim I dont have a clue and then in the second sentence agree that I am correct - the change is for immigration into the UK...

The point of the article is once again about the difference between the northern irish part of the uk and the rest of the uk , regarding eu citizenship rights . Something you know.....err .....you denied , and something rishis protocol sell out endorses by "protecting" the GFA.
Can we ruk bwitish have the same eu rights as the norn ireland bwitish like emma?

Common Travel Area is not EU citizenship and F.O.M. Stop lying Tommy. dear god what are you going on about now. ? we have pacifico trying and failing to deflect about immigration and you talking about the CTA.
The point is vincent dear , the de souza case was won under eu rules and eu citizenship. I thought brexit was supposed to have ended all that?
Someone in bwexiter high command better send a memo to the northern irish part of the EU......

The point, SNAT, is that the Common Travel Area is not EU freedom of movement.
Northern Ireland is not in the EU, isn't in the Freedom of Movement scheme, the Customs Union, the Common Agricultural or Fisheries Policy, isn't in the Single Market for Services.
You are LYING and that's the point.
And it's Vinny, not Vincent.

So this EU rights you keep banging on about is simply based on immigration into the UK - they have no other EU rights.. Fuck me if thats the best you can do...

So this EU rights you keep banging on about is simply based on immigration into the UK - they have no other EU rights.. Fuck me if thats the best you can do... bit by bit we get there. First of all its deny , then its admit small bits as you backtrack. Its like watching a persons fingers slip off a rock one finger at a time debating with you pacifico.
First you told me brexit meant leaving behind eu citizenship. I pointed out norn irieland still has eu citizenship
The finger slipped and you admitted only for irish citizens. I pointed out people can be british , (like ian og famously said) or british and irish from norn ireland , and still have eu citizenship.
The rest of the hand slipped and pacifico fell in silence .
The it was eu law and rights dont apply in the uk.
I point out the de souza case. The fingers slip , and pacifico warbles on something about immgration , and i point out how eu law trump uk immigration , something brexit was supposed to have stopped.
Now the last pinky is on the rock , and having tacitly admitted im right , your latest feeble rejoinder is they have no other eu rights.
Its embarressing mate.
we can see who is boss in norn ireland , and it isnt the yookay.
As i said lucky them , and unlucky us. thankfully keir starmer is wating in the wings to equalise the ruk with norn irelands eu rights.......
you can see why the majority of the uk is turning on brexiters with the daily pish being spouted. All over promise and under deliver.......

Oh wow! - NI are benefiting because they are 'EU Citizens'. Of course they dont have any actual citizens rights in the EU just easier access to the UK...

Pacifico. I hate to break it to you mate , but northern ireland is supposedly part of the uk.
They are supposed to have access to the uk mate.
Eu annex northern ireland from uk , and pacifico trys and spins rishis deal as somehow a beneift for norn irish citizens rather than confront the tory sell out of a constituent part of the uk. Geez.
Pictures emergin of tory prime minister coming out of talks with the eu regarding selling out northern ireland.

The only benefit that you have come up with to show that residents in NI are EU Citizens is easier access to immigration into the UK. It's rather hilarious that you think someone could be an EU citizen even though they have no citizens rights in the EU.

You are automatically also an EU citizen. As such, you can benefit from many important rights under EU law, in particular the right to move freely around Europe to live, work, study or even retire.
And if you are travelling outside the EU and your country has no diplomatic representation there, you can go to the embassy or consulate of any other EU country and receive assistance and protection.

Christ almighty - having failed to show that any NI citizen had any EU citizens rights you are now back on to them being entitled to Irish citizenship - which has always been the case. Bugger all to do with Brexit, the Protocol or Sunaks new deal..

Bugger all to do with Brexit, the Protocol or Sunaks new deal.. All 1.8 million uk citizens of northern ireland have the same eu citizen rights as the people of the republic of ireland , and the point to do with brexit , johnsons protocol and sunaks sell out is of course brexit was supposed ot have removed them like the rest of us.......
You know debating with you pacifico , and i use the term loosely , reminds me of nicola sturgeons quip about the tory leader......
"mediocrity is a dizzy height he hasnt once come close to"......

However the EU single market rests on 'four freedoms': free movement of goods, capital, services, and people. So compared to EU Citizens, UK citizens in NI do not have 3 of the constituent 'rights' of the single market.
