You were allowed to work in a workplace - which is what the people who were eating cake with Boris were doingYou were allowed breaks including meal breaks in a workplace - which is what the people who were eating cake with Boris were doingAn office and meeting room is a workplace - indeed, No10 is workplace
The sole reason / prime reason why Labour Party officials were there, was because it was a scheduled set of working meetings. - which is why the people who were eating cake with Borios were there.

For the record ... the findings of Durham Police were the findings of "Durham Police", and the file never went to the CPS, and no one working for the DPP had any say in the matter. Just so you know LOL - next you will be telling us that the Masons have no influence over the police..

If you cannot accept the results and conclusions of two Police Inquiries, its your problem, but the matter is now closed and in the past.
When an Email states "Party" or "Get Together with drinks and nibbles" I know the difference

So why when questioned did those involved say it was a party?

So why when questioned did those involved say it was a party? Because you don't use the word 'party' that doesn't mean to say it wasn't one, how about bash, shindig, knees-up, bit-of-a-do, you are just mincing words, because we could have used that excuse for Johnson's 'partygate'.

No. When interviewed by the police both those taking part and those organising admitted it was a party not a work meeting. That is because there was overwhelming evidence and they were not willing to go to court and commit perjury.

No, it was because a 'birthday cake' was mentioned, so if they had beer, curry and a birthday cake it would have been called a party?
We buy birthdays cakes when it is no ones birthday, simply because they are better value and more choice, but that does not mean we are having a 'party'.

Weighing up all the facts, Starmer was let off on a technicality, that being, Starmer's was not classed as a 'party' because there was no 'cake'.
Hands up who have been or held parties that did not have a cake, but it is still a party?

Nope. Uncovered were 12 illegal gatherings – fuelled by suitcases of wine, a DJ and a karaoke machine – in defiance of tough restrictions on socialising, while millions of people were told to stay at home and were unable to say their final goodbyes to dying relatives.

No it was not a technicality
It was not a party in any way, shape or form, it was a meal break after a working session, in a building which was an administrative building with offices and a meeting room.
There was an agenda - there had been various meetings and film / photographic sessions apertaining to the work of the Labour Party, including the nearby Harlepool By-election.
In the - PROVEN - case of the lying corrupt Boris Johnson, the invites stated "party" and stated "get together with drinks and nibbles", it was a totally unecessary gathering, and it was stated clearly as been a social gathering.
I rather suspect that Boris supporters are bitter ... bitter that he is a well proven liar

Is that any worse than beer & curry for between 17 and 30 people? I don't think so. But it's past now. Starmer & Raynor got away with it, Boris didn't. It's history.

Yes, in so many ways. 1, It was by the acting government. 2, They were clearly parties with DJ's and Karaoke. 3, There were 12 separate occasions.
