The L322 is the most luxurious 'work vehicle' I've ever driven. The sport may be more modern and refined, but it doesn't look like a Range Rover and it doesn't have the presence of a Range Rover. ZG, I'm sorry old chap, but the sport is the chavs choice, the footballers wives choice which is probably why you got rid of it, come on you can tell me... Ah well I loved mine. But then I am a footballers wife. 😂 I got rid of it because I'd had it 6 years and I normally get a new car every 3. Then I looked at the price of a new one 125k and thought I could make a lot of peoples life happier with that sort of money. So I spent 50k on my Sorrento and its the best car I've owned so far. 😊 You wait when some buy a new one and on the small print it will say batteries not included.

A price worth paying for eco worriers. Are they slaves or are they paid? China has trading posts where you can just drop in with a bag of cobalt, get it weighed up and then they will give you US dollars for it. These places are very popular with locals.

So the price of Tesla's was slashed and today Ford announced that they are cutting the prices of their EV's. Which is kinda strange as we have a shortage of new cars with delivery times of 12 months not unusual - are sales of EV's slipping?

These places are very popular with locals. Indeed many of those illegal miners are Chinese. But folks have travelled from hundreds of miles around Congo to dig for the precious mineral. Seams are often only a few feet below ground.

The shortage of micro chips is what's holding up car manufacturing, both EC and ICE use thousands. However the world economy is slowing so I guess all car sales are being squeezed. I wonder if the deals are to persuade people to buy a car they wont see for 5 months.

“Much of [the e-waste] comes through illegal channels because under United Nations conventions, there is a specific ban on electronic waste being transferred from developed countries like the United States to countries like China and Vietnam.”
Can You Spot Your Old PC at One of the World’s Largest Electronic Dumps? How our lack of efficient electronics-disposal options has turned one town into a wasteland.

Guy had a first service on his electric Porsche at 19,000 miles.
The cost was £750! - which is about £250 more than an equivalent 911 with a real engine.
One of the selling points for EV's was less maintenance - another myth bites the dust?

Who puts that trash in the river? I really don't know. Why not go over there and knock on some doors and ask the locals?
