That is ridiculous. Being anti-Brexit is anything but anti-British if you think Brexit has harmed the country and is continuing to do so. The last thing I want is to see the country fail because most of us will suffer the consequences of that, including me. That does not mean I am going to bury my head in the sand and pretend that everything is wonderful when it quite clearly is anything but It's not ridiculous.
some people have taken it personally.
families, friends, neighbour's have fell out over it.
Some people can't get over it, and can't move on.
It's hindering progress because some of those people are MPs and people in power.
We must move on 'united together' for the sake of our country and people.
It is not them and us ...... it is all of us fighting for the same cause, making the United Kingdom a thriving country, so the many not the few can prosper.
Frankly the notion that opposing Brexit is anti-British IS ridiculous because it hinges upon whether you think Brexit is a positive or a negative. If you think it is damaging the country it is pro-British to oppose it. Trying to portray those who think this way as de facto traitors is itself an example of the sort of nonsense generating so much ill will.

you do know that being anti-brexit is being anti-British?
It seems bewildering why people would relish their own country failing, just so they could prove a point ... it's madness. Of course your first sentence isn't true, but it does go to explain your rather warped view of Brexit. Personally I have never met anyone who wants the UK to fail, and has never been a topic in any pro-EU meeting that I have attended. Or to summarise, I think that this is in your head rather than being real. I think that your starting point needs to be understanding that Remainers / Rejoiners want the UK to succeed just as much Leavers do. Once you get this point, we can probably have a different conversation.

That's the point it doesn't matter what you think ... it's happened.
What difference does it make if you think its positive or negative.
The fact of the matter, it's happened, done and dusted, accept it, there is no turning back.
Constantly having a go at those who voted leave is not progressive, say nah nah nah ... Brexit isn't working nah nah nah
Instead of being constructive and saying, Ok I wanted to remain, but I'll have to get over it and move on.
Some people just can't do it, are you one?

Even the remainers don't believe you.
If you've never met anyone who's still bitter about leaving the EU then you must be on a desert Island, or on another planet, have you read some of the posts on this forum, and the old forum LOL

There is lots I can't be bothered to read on here, as much of it is not what I'd call considered debate. I haven't, in what I have read, seen anyone who wants the UK to fail on here. Moreover, in my roles within Coventry4EU, Grassroots 4EU and the European Movement, all of which are a haven of us "remainiac", I have never once heard anyone say they want us to fail. We may have different views to how we get there, but everyone wants this country to be a success. Yes, even including me. I just don't believe that Brexit was the right way to do it.

I am a Remainer and voted Remain, because I know that on every front, whether it be economic, financial or on grounds of stability and security, we were better off, and Remainers have been proven to be correct. There are 7 leading industrialized nations in the world ( the G7 ) and the UK has the lowest growth of all of them, and has done since 2017.Only yesterday another investment programme which was held up on a pedastal by Brexit campaigners, the British Volt company which was to build a battery factory at Blyth went bankrupt. The Red Wall Tory MP for Blyth now has about as much chance of re-election as the Monster Raving Loony candidate. Our farmers are worse off, our fishermen are worse off, their biggest export market remains Europe, and exporting there is now more difficult, and more complicated. Facts no one can deny, and despite the title of this topic [ more bad news for Remainiacs ], the truth is quite the opposite, things are now looking highly promising for an eventual future joining of the Single Market. The UK remained in the SM up until Jan 1 2021.

Improving our relationship with the EU would help, we need to reduce the red tape that Brexit introduced as quickly as possible, and all of this needs to be done in conjunction with improving the NI Protocol.

Improving it to do what? - half the community in NI reject the Protocol on principle. How would you improve the relationship with the EU - or is that just code for complying with EU demands?

No they don't, the majority of NI voted for pro-protocol parties. π Improvement in relations would involve serious negotiations. Yes, that would involve some give and take, with probably some alignments to make things easier. Where there is no need for divergence and it is just causing issues, time to reconsider. We don't want to create red tape and obstacles, just for the sake of it. These require serious conversations, not Boris's bluster.

Well I'll bow to your superior knowledge of this forum. I don't think that much of what is written on here is worth the pixels on my screen, hence why I drift off and don't post much. It certainly isn't representative of the general public and I think that's rather the point I'm making.
