You can very much do that in the UK on the same terms as in the USA, you just have to pay for it. And if the USa never get it wrong 3 times in a row how come medical errors is their third largest cause of death higher than murders, automobile accidents, drug taking etc etc? And feel free to show how what % of spend the NHS spends on diversity compared to the 10% understaffing it has and the massive spend on contract staff to almost cover the shortages. Stuff all or even less? But nit in such a short timeframe.
Medical Error Is Not the Third Leading Cause of Death
Even if 1% is used for diversity BS it still runs into millions. They are not understaffed with managers or these idiots who dream up this diversity BS.
Interesting and informative link, thanks So is this link which shows less than 0.1% of NHS staff are diversity officers so you really are going on about an irrelevance. Arguably a poor choice by the NHS but still an irrelevance: www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11319279/NHS-spends-40m-year-800-diversity-officers-campaigners-say-fund-1-200-nurses.html. (other convergent sources available)

I'll tell you what the NHS doesn't need, people who obsess over less than 0.1% issues.

Fuck off. In the USA if you go to a GP with a headache they find out why you have a headache. Here the usless tossers give you a bloody aspirin tablet. And as for missdiagnosis even in the thrird world they wouldn't do it 3 times on the trot. Problem is if you live in the USA you can’t actually afford to go to B a GP unless you’re a merchant banker Why do people think the UK NHS is free?
We do pay NHS insurance, it's actual name is 'National Insurance'
It is not FREE
It is no different than the USA, but their health care insurance is not mandatory like the UK, the only people who do not pay National Insurance are working age pensioners and the unemployed, the rest of us it's mandatory, in the USA you have a choice of paying or not, and you get the level of service depending on your choice.

It's free for me now. I'm on a state pension and no longer pay National Insurance. So the state doesn't get much bang for its buck repairing my medical problems. So they make it hard to get access and have massive waiting lists. I'm not on a waiting list, but it's only a matter of time, I suppose. I try to keep fit, but we all just wear out. If we lose mobility it all goes a bit downhill, often on an electric scooter. It's why I don't fancy private health care, 1. I already paid in for a large chunk of my life. 2. I'm now getting it free, even if the service is next to non existent.

It's not like they are giving you anything free, you've probably paid in to it for years, now you expect your moneys worth.

You need to take a hard look at what Fishy Rishy has planned for you Knowing that you do not pay NI past the state returement age, Fishy Rishi pulled a couple of fast ones. The first was to up the state retirement age from 65 to 66 without warning or declaration that this was his intent. I refer to the group that were over the threshold (63 i think) when the bastards jacked it up to 67 for the youngsters. But he jacked National Insurance up (and after Boris was thrown out Kwarteng dripped it and Fishy hasn't had the balls to demand hunt restore it. BUT in April there will e a new TAX levy not NI, INCOME TAX to pay for the NHS to catch people like you now (and me next year)

To be fair he could hardly do worse than that twat Dickford in Wales and his former health minister who clearly only got the job because he was black as he’s as thick as they come and wasn’t sacked when he admitted it

Mind you a bloody goldfish could out-perform Dickford.

Purely coincidentally, the postman has just delivered a questionnaire from NHS England about our local GP service. When my beloved has finished spitting blood and fire between her bouts of maniacal laughter we'll tell them a few home truths.
