I would go further and fine any vessel landing migrants the same amount as vehicles bringing in illegal migrants by road . The rescuers can land the water logged migrants back to France . Yes illegal migrants wouldn’t want to pay criminals to traffick them into the UK knowing that they would never get UK citizenship. The illegal crossings would stop and we would be left with a residue of criminals who know just about anywhere would be better than where they are . But they would be rescued, because the men you want to do your dirty work for you wont do it. Perhaps you could kill them instead of expecting others to do it for you. The question is ..should the state have the power to take off you what you don’t need? Afaik most Billionaires don’t have billions in the bank . They shouldn’t be . Migrants who upend their boats should be considered to be committing suicide . That should be respected. Assuming you can prove that, perhaps they'll leave a suicide note.  Throwing yourself into the sea knowing that you won’t be rescued is suicide by default . We can just stand by the shore . |

We are comparing deaths caused by EV's being too quiet against deaths from fossil fuel fumes. Those in manufacturing can be given protection, children going to school less so. I never said they did .
