She was charged with taking two (2) tablets, and the prosecutor stressed that she was not responsible for the large number of tablets that were missing. No, they didn't. You have either misread or misunderstood what was written. Steve is correct. It says that they are not accusing her, not that she didn't take any additional tablets. Your the one who has misunderstood. You tried the usual statergy trying to change the scenario and gave a false scenario to boot. Get over it FFS it was two poxy tablets. The NHS on average waste 2 million quid per day on throwing out perfectly good and serviceable items.

That's correct - she was not being accused. You said that she was not responsible, not the same thing. Glad that you have changed it now, we both agree.

In the same court of law to accuse her of unfounded allegations and libel as in this case that 'she probably stole more', you do realise this nurse could sue you for libel, even though she admitted to 'two' counts of dishonesty, but only 'two'.

I didn't say that she probably stole more, did I?
I have no idea whether she did or didn't, hence why I didn't say it.
So my lawyers can stay free for Christmas.

Exactly, so just stick to the 'facts' she admitted and was charged with stealing two tablets, apart from that any suggestion she stole more is unfounded and libel, do you now see how the law works? Just watch what you say.

So Red you're off on a rant but can't actually answer those two questions. Let me help you A) of course she was regularly stealing tabletsB) violation of control of opiates is a serious matter for a medical professional And no one said it was crime of the century as you falsely imply. FFS she pleaded guilty and got a conditional discharge - just about the lightest sentence a court can give OOps looks like Steve doesn't lol

We took a while getting there, but it seems everything the management is in charge of, relies on fraud. It's clear the management can't be arsed trying to investigate, GPs, opticians, dentists, and pharmacists for fraud, plus the fact they don't want to be striking off GPs, opticians, dentists and pharmacists, they pick on the nurse who hasn't got the clout or money to pay big time lawyers to defend her. Well I don't know about that, but we must have paid all the debt interest by now with change to pay it down, although I am sure someone will be along to tell us it is some kind of rocket science and recession and interest rates as well as a cost of living crisis is accidental. Global you know. If I was of the ruling class, I might keep my head down or maybe lose it.

As was I was saying the other day, if the fraud was brought under control, we wouldn't have a debt or most likely the problems we are all facing now, with spiralling debt and constant interest payments, while as was just pointed out Brexit is the excuse, which I am pointing out is complete bollox.

If you can point to a post where I alleged she'd taken other tablets, I will happily grovel.
I'm not sure what the connection to Steve is? I don't owe him anything?
