There are people of whom it could be said deserve to be executed, I'm still against capital punishment because as has already been accepted it doesn't stop such atrocities happening along with the fact that there is IMO something wrong about a sane and normal individual taking the life of another individual whom they have under their complete control.

I suggest the last thing in what was left of his mind as he was killing and raping was 'well at least they won't hang me' Hanging is no more effective than full life tariffs at preventing re-offending post conviction but as Enoch Powell argued, a factor that could well lead to acquittals of the guilty. IE hanging as an option actually makes further offending more likely. Allegedly. But he should still hang. Fixed opinions are an exposure of a weakness of mind. |

Labour need his vote so I expect Starmer to be letting him out within minutes of getting elected. |
