That's a different point, you're moving the goal posts. It's an established fact that the older people were the more likely they were to vote to leave. That being older also meant they were less likely to have A levels or even degrees. It was of course wrong for some people to then suggest that meant leavers were dim and sadly some did that but were they ever part of the Remain campaign? I think not. Not so, I'm telling you that Remnants used ageism as one weapon against leaving, that us silly old fuckers didn't know what we were doing; it's even being done on this site. So you wish to pretend that generically remainers (you so childishly call remnants) used ageism. Utter BS as you full well know. You might find a few that did but to pretend that just about all remainers did is just another BIG FAT LIE |

We don't have Brexit yet we are still tied to the EU Human Rights rulings. So we have a sort of limited Brexit. The quiet Brexiters will rise again if backtracking starts to happen too far and there are rumours already of some starting to suggest getting close once again. Literally that means all of them but in modern parlance it has come to mean all with few exceptions (ie generically) It's the so called zero article form of expression. EG 'Cats have four legs'. I've been known to refer to lying Brexiters as Brexshitters But overwhelmingly most of those that voted Leave did so honestly judging the situation as best they could. And for obvious reasons, I advise no one to insult me, face to face by referring to me as a Remnant. I also know what damage deliberate lies can do, it seems that those who voted Leave either do not or are quite happy with lying in order to get their way. The UK will have to live with that lie at least until the the next referendum comes along in about 30 or 40 years time. |
