The US voted for Drill Baby Drill. People want affordable, reliable, secure energy. The UK should be more like America.

Just looking at my electricity bill from EDF. They say that their energy sources were as follows: Nuclear 86.5% Renewables (solar, wind, hydro) 4.7% Fossil fuels 8.8% (8.1% gas) They also state there are six new reactors of type EPR2 under construction plus another 14 in the design phase.
It's troubling to recall was Britain was once the pioneer and a leading exponent in the civil use of nuclear power. What happened?
Maybe North Sea oil and gas wasn't such a blessing after all.

We keep getting told that renewable energy is the cheapest yet they now want the rich countries to pay $1 Trillion a year to the poorer nations so that they can afford to go green.....

Milliband is acting for the cameras, his latest pose is a hand to his mouth as if in incredulity. Im sure he sees himself as Moses guiding us morons, only he can save us. When being interviewed ha comes across as a lunatic, his non verbals are shocking, facial expression, he wont be open to asnything but his own beliefs. He will argue on anything, stabbing his brother in the back says a lot, hee has no conscience. Labour attracts peoplee like this and puts theem in positions of power, the more outrageous the better, therre is no addressing reality.
Look at Corbyn, Wedgewood Benn, Wilson, The Guardian, Starmer, Lammy, lunacy is a qualification, and will get you everywhere.

Rationing on the horizon.. The amount of wind and solar energy generated has fallen significantly over the past two weeks due to the gloomy weather.
Data from Elexon, which runs Britain's wholesale electricity market, shows how dire renewable energy production has become.
Three weeks ago, on October 20, wind was producing 60.8 per cent of Britain's power – 19.2 gigawatts (GW) – during the 8am to 9am rush.
That tumbled to just three per cent (1.1GW) during the same time slot on Tuesday last week.
In fact, wind generated just 2.8 per cent of Britain's power (1GW) that day between 10am and 11am – its poorest performance of the year.
Solar power production was also down over the past week, barely managing to supply three per cent of the nation's energy.

Have a look at this graph. This is the reality of net zero for the UK. China the biggest coal based economy in the world enjoys the cheapest electricity prices, while net zero mad UK, enjoy the most expensive electricity prices. Labour and Net zero will kill the economy.

That's f--ked up. Milliband is a total c--t, but we knew that when he f--ked over his own brother for power and coin. The thing is, the majority in this country know net zero will make their lives worse, and this government know it. Which it why net zero will be imposed, and it will be imposed sooner rather than later. This incompetent shower who thanks to imbeciles who voted Labour are impersonating a government know they have five years which will probably equate to, four years of totally fucking things up, followed by a few months of appeasing Labour voters prior to the next election. Milliaband should be sectioned, Starmer should be jailed.

There's another problem. If everyone suddenly bought an electric car the lights would go out because we don't have the capacity. And that's when the sun shines, wait until winter when there's no sun and EV battery performance is reduced because they need a minimum temp of 20c, below that efficiency and range drops rapidly, and lets not forget, the UK is a tiny rock in the north east Atlantic. It's ironic really, electric vehicles need global warming. They just don't operate well in cold weather.
