Irrelevant, the once in a generation vote already rejected it.

Scots should be independant, the second word is off. The problem is you will starve and England will have to send fish and chips up there, hopefully they will bee cold wheen it arrives. New asylums will need to bee built for the druggies.
Drugs are the only way to escape the brutality of living theere.

Irrelevant, the once in a generation vote already rejected it. It's been 10 years now, how long is a generation? How long is a piece of string?

Established convention is 30 years. And that's what Salmond agreed before losing.

Abolish all devolved laws, have legal standards for all the UK using the laws of the House of Commons.
It should be the same in Edinburgh as it is in Eastbourne. The same in Aberdeen as it is in Acton.

It doesn't need to. And operating multiple legal and political systems comes at extra cost. Cut costs.
Abolish the divisive Anglophobic parallel parliament.

The uk has had different legal systems since its creation in 1707. There are currently three different legal systems which has nothing whatsoever to do with devolution. For someone who waffles incoherently on here on a daily basis about the uk , im shocked at how little knowledge you have of the multi national state you claim to love.

Scotland has it's own laws. the only country in the uk that doesn't have its own legal system is Wales .Wales comes under English law , and shares the same legal system because Henry 8th abolished the old welsh legal system in the 16th century , and effectively made Wales a legal part of england. Its probably this that confuses vinny , where he thinks Scotland and Northern Ireland were the same pre devolution. There is massive difference in the Scottish and English legal system , in terms of jury size , courts themselves , many of the criminal and common laws . The maintaining of the Scottish legal , education and church systems were one of the key qualifications of the acts of union , and Westminster cannot overturn them.
