He has already made his argument. You simply waved your arms around and dismissed it, in what I believe was an attempt to obscure the growing number of flaws in your position. I'll let him answer. I value his opinion. If you valued his opinion you wouldn't have dismissed it with such a childish outburst, which was clearly disrespectful. My point is, you failed to address his post in a way that is beneficial to the argument, like it's supposed to just be ignored because your faith is more important.

Cobalt has not been phased out in the production of litheum. And Litheum mining comes with all the negative envirimental damage. Most lithium comes from Australia where open cast coal mining caused environmental damage. Though when you look at the areas of land involved compared to the size of country they are not likely to have major effects. Same with Lithium. And after mining it is soaked in brine where 80% of the brine evaporatesleaving behind litheum and several other toxic elements the 20% that is left just turns into acids that create huge lakes of toxins. FFS I know how litheum is mined but according to you it's a price worth paying so you can own a bloody ev... So why try and fob off your version as being some kind of holy grail when it clearly is not.

Brine as in sea water. Evaporation as in what happens to millions of tons of sea water every minute. What's left behind is gathered for further processing they don't just poor thousands of gallons of hydrochloric acid on the ground, that would be very expensive and wouldn't work.

You can only see the point if you take your head out your arse. All these things were mined using slavery and terrible working conditions long before EV's were even thought of. So what has changed to make you so wish to raise this issue now? Nothing has, you just saw another chance to say something bad about EV's You care not a jot, you are a fake. If you removed your head from your arse you would know that cobalt and litheum used for mobile phones is a mere 7grams per battery cobalt and litheum used ina battery for an an EV uses 137 kilos of cobalt and litheum per battery There is nothing good about EV's FFS so stop trying to state otherwise. This is an example of some of the shit people your internet searches are picking up.

Maybe you should take zanys advice and extract your own head from your own rectum Baron. She is a human rights lawyer like Starmer and run by Washington. Read her CV. I left you the link.

This is gathered and put in to a processing plant where acid is added for the next stage, No one pours acid on the ground to soak away. Acid is too expensive and is re-usable.

I am not confusing anything zany. And what doesn't evaperate away from mining litheum becomes toxic acids which contain very many undiserable elements that stick around in pools..

Who knows. It is not my business what other countries do. Then it should be if you try and flog the ideas of net zero bs to the masses.. If we had that approach nothing would ever advance. This is why leftwing economies crash and burn. They are guided by their emotions and their emotions are controlled by people like the above I link to. Human rights is used by Washington as another form of control. They use it selectively to feather their own nest, hence why you never see a poor human rights lawyer. It's like the supposed genocide in Xinjiang. All the Chinese know it is utter shit and nothing of the sort exists or has ever existed in that region. It's to do with national security re oil pipelines. If I had the time I could expose it all to you, but you fling pre-engineered political bullshit from the web at me randomly and one can not be an expert in everything. I just know they are lying bastards. What i do know is the African economy is growing fast with GDP growth hitting 6-7%. They must be happier than it is reported.
