It’s not like he just walked up and shot him out of hand is it? The no justice no peace shouters need to remember Andrew Harper and think on,it’s not like cops can sit down and do a risk assessment is it,split second decisions have to be made because it’s their lives on the line not some pillock with a placard and a megaphone. |

Yes there is the IOPC, on top on top of that the dead mans family may try to mount a Private Prosecution , or BLM it may take a number of years, and even then it won't end for him |
