That sad chap who just topped himself in prison was sent down for holding up a sign, but there again he was a white man holding up a sign, not a loud black family holding up a sign, world of difference. Someone should kindly tell the family that if they hadn't brought him up to be a violent criminal with no regard for the police they wouldn't be grieving at the unfairness of it all, and that most people think what happened was completely fair, except the police officer has not yet been awarded a medal. He wasn't jailed for holding up a sign, he was jailed for violent disorder. He was filmed calling the police “scum”. His sign and protest was not unlawful, but his verbal abuse towards police officers during the “racist incident” crossed the line, the Recorder added. Lynch, of Burman Road, Wath-upon-Dearne, was a “full participant” in the disorder, the court was told. “You were unquestionably endeavouring to rev up the situation the best you could,”

It must be said, given the fact that sentencing seems to be bereft of common sense since this government took office, this is one verdict I didn't expect. Well done the jury for reaching the correct verdict in record time. Just listened to someone who said 'the Kaba family continue to live with the pain of injustice'.
The only injustice in this case was charging an armed response officer for diligently and professionally doing his job. Well done that man. Wonder who that was...

Unbelievably, and in spite of the fact it can now be legally reported that Kaba was a dangerous criminal, it's just been revealed that Chris Kaba's family are launching an appeal against the courts decision to acquit the officer who shot him.

Wonder who that was... Incredible. I wonder, given the fact that it's now a matter of public record that Kaba was a dangerous criminal and a key figure in one of London's most dangerous gangs, will Khan feel suitably embarrassed about that message? Yes I know, hope springs eternal.

I've just read somewhere that the new head of the CPS supported BLM when it was fashionable, that figures.
I would advise any white person charged under Starmers new political prisoner scheme to plead not guilty and go for a jury, it is the only way to beat the now corrupt and loaded system.` What a predictable mess socialism has brought us to, it is going to be a long five years.

These revelations come as a surprise to the BBC news team. From the BBC website:" Mr Kaba, a construction worker who was due to become a father.." Not exactly Bob The Builder was he?

From Wiki
Following the trial, it was revealed that Kaba was the alleged gunman in a nightclub shooting 6 days before his death[8], had been issued with a 28-day domestic violence protection order[9], which barred him from contacting the mother of his unborn child[10], and that his family had tried to prevent publication of this information.[11]
Background
Chris Kaba was a core member of a notorious south London gang and accused of being the gunman in an alleged bid to murder a rival in a nightclub shooting days before he was killed.[12] He had convictions dating back to when he was aged 13 for offences including stabbing with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, a knife-enabled gang assault when the victim was stabbed and had his arm broken, and two other knife offences.[13]
In 2015, when he was 17, Kaba was convicted of affray and possession of an offensive weapon over an incident in which a revolver-style handgun was recovered nearby, but the weapon wasn't linked to him and he was never charged in connection with it.[14][15]
Kaba had been charged in 2018 with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence,[16] in relation to an incident on 30 December 2017.[3] He was found guilty at Snaresbrook Crown Court in January 2019, and sentenced to four years in a Young Offenders Institute.[3] He was released in 2020.[3]
In August 2020 Kaba was handed a five-month prison sentence for failing to stop and possession of a knife, which was discarded from a vehicle.[17]
In the months following his death, six men were charged with conspiring with Kaba to commit murder and grievous bodily harm; the charges relate to a shooting which took place in Tower Hamlets on 30 August 2022, days before Kaba's death.[18][19]
Kaba was a member of 67, a Brixton Hill-based drill rap group which one of its members says has been called a criminal gang by the police.[20][21] He was known by his stagename Madix or Mad Itch.

Ref the deceased criminal known as Chris Kaba; it's just been revealed that in court his defence described him as a loving family man who was looking forward to being a father. Now reporting restrictions have been lifted the truth can be told. He was in fact the subject of a restraining order for threatening behaviour, which barred him from going anywhere near his pregnant ex girlfriend. His defence council obviously knew this, but told the jury he was a loving family man. Fortunately the jury saw through these lies.
