You may remember this from a few days ago, and apologies if it's mentioned elswhere I have looked but cant see a related thread. 24 year old Kurdish illegal immigrant Brwa Shorsh has been convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to a minimum eight years in prison. www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce8v4467806oHowever, the above link fails to mention quite a lot of information, quell surprise. Such as... Brwa Shorsh is a convicted murderer in his home country, he shot a man in the face with an AK47. He was denied asylum in Germany and France. When he pushed a man onto the tube line at Oxford Circus, he was fighting deportation. He has previously been jailed in this country He has 21 previous convictions (In this country) for anti social behaviour, assault and sexual assault. He is from a criminal family, his father and sister are in jail (Not in the UK) for serious drugs offences. In spite of all this, left wing lawyers aided and abetted by this poxy government and the ECHR, have successfully stopped him being deported when he is released from prison, again. Trust me posters, Reform UK are going to be massive in this country.

The Lunatics are now running the Asylum Indeed they are, quite litterally. And although that's bad, it's great news for Farage and Reform UK.

The thing is I recall when Iraq thing screwed up and despite the evidence being there it took a fair few years until popular opinon in the mainstream started to swing agaisnt Blair for stuffing us. the ECHR could well be in the firing line in 5 years. It will take a few more avoidable deaths first.

I hope for the best as my children and grandkids are still in England, one is making plans to get out when she finishes Uni, our daughter has left London gone up North our son has moved out as well and commutes in every day, another Granddaughter and her other half are seriously thinking of leaving London and possibly the UK.

If we had a government that put British people first they wouldn't have to repeal the ECHER. They would simply ignore it, as the German and French governments do.

To be fair H, when it comes to public unrest over immigration Ireland is a powder keg just waiting for the next incident of immigrant rape, robbery or murder. As in this country the authorities are doing their best to cover things up, but they cant hide everything, particularly since immigrant crime gets worse by the day.

Like the EU, they try and fool us it is all the EU's fault when they are gold plating their rules all along. Now we are out then that blame game no longer works. The ECHR never did any Brits any favours.

The reason we're being flooded with illegals is because the political class have allowed it, and they continue to allow it.

That's why I think to guarantee this shit is sorted people will have to get Reform in. The Tories have stuffed us for far too long. I don't think anyone would believe any more promises on reducing immigration, never mind the mass deportations a lot of this country wants.

There has been some serious punch ups here already lots of Garda ( Irish Police) have been injured they have now been issued with Protective Equipment same as in the UK and across the EU, Politicians have been threatened arrests have been made. International Organised Criminal Gangs are established here as are Irish Gangs, Drugs and Firearms being smuggled in, the Guards have made many large drugs busts doing a great job at serious risks to themselves, they work with UK and EU Police Agencies but as soon as they take one lot out others take their place. The Knackers are well at it as well always feuding no loss there IMO , the Guards are outnumbered same as in the UK they are trying to recruit more but like the UK the pay and conditions are not good.

It's not necessary to exit the ECvHR, repealing the Human Rights Act will put the UK on the same footing as other countries which routinely ignore rulings by the ECtHR.

It's not necessary to exit the ECvHR, repealing the Human Rights Act will put the UK on the same footing as other countries which routinely ignore rulings by the ECtHR. A bit of ECHR case law from memory.
Some British chap who I can't quite recall the circumstances, like he may have been a prisoner or something and there was a clear breach of his ECHR rights. As the system allows, he was able to pursue his prosecution all the way to the ECHR, obviously having it thrown out by all British courts, as is the rule for eligibility to apply to Strasbourg. Ten years past, so there was no opportunity for the court to say reconsider his imprisonment or whatever other thing they were doing which was unlawful. By the time of the case he had already suffered loss as a result of their illegal actions. He finally won the case, and the British defence barrister suggested to the judge when they were deciding on what to do, that him winning the case should be enough of a compensation in itself and that they do not recommend any additional compensation to be appropriate. I believe the judges went with that suggestion. So if you were ever in the hot seat, this is what you would likely hear. It's the treatment of a tyrant who lacks any moral sensibility.
