I think you will find many Tories as thick as shit as well. They don't sound it as they have the gift of the gab, as in the public school accent which fools a lot of people. You can only really find it out if you asked them a particular question which needs an exact answer. You never see the media ask them something of this sort, so they can ramble a load of waffle at the audience. A lot of people are like this. They know thier own particular job, but anything else and they are entirely vacuous. Oh I don't think so. Honestly BvL when it comes to... how should I word it... untalented MP's who have been promoted well above their ability, people like Abbott, Lammy, Rayner, Butler, immediately spring to mind and yes they all have one thing in common, they're all socialists. |

A J P Taylor was inclined to point out that all politicians, left, right and centre, are a bit potty, choosing to spend time that could be better spent fishing or playing with their grandchildren on problems that would either sort themselves out or which did not exist in the first place.
Taylor had the habit of wandering into a plain TV studio, blink diffidently and mention that he intended to discuss the Piedmont Hegemony. His manner was that of a mild Oxford don conducting a tutorial with half a dozen slightly hungover students and he would wander quietly through his subject matter, without any bells or whistles or trick shots, but half the nation, which until that moment had thought that the Piedmont Hegemony was a pub, would hang on his every word.
I miss that sort of thing.

He didn't master at Harvard he just went to school there, anyone can go to school or use the libraries in any schools, colleges or Universitys for a small fee in the US many were using MIT's facilities when I attended.. |

That's not how it works though She was born in 1980 The moment Ted Heath's 1971 Immigration Act received royal assent, it became impossible for a child born in Britain to claim British citizenship through birth here. Prior to that act, all one had to do to have a legal right to a British passport was to have one's mother have one foot on united kingdom, UK colonial or UK crown dependent territorial soil when their waters broke. Mine defined me as a British Subject : Citizen of the United Kingdom And Colonies when issued to my father in 1960 when I was three. A woman fresh of the boat from deepest bongo bongo land was entitled to an exact same passport for her newly born child is dropped while on the geographic area I referred to, even if she was nothing to do with this country. The moment that act received royal assent, no child born in these places could have a British passport unless one or other of their parents, and / or grandparents, had one. What I can't believe about the Tories is that Cleverly was nothing of the sort in urging his supporters to vote for one of the two others in order to provide him a more beatable candidate when the wider membership were brought in.
