On a serious note, how Labour treated Johnson and demonised him over his sip of wine and nibble on a cake, it's any wonder some nut job didn't take aim at Johnson and his family targeted by some nut job, just like when Rayner said ....... ' Tory scum' ... Tory MP David Amess was murdered by a nut job. All this badness and nastiness is all left wing hatred, how do we know? ... because it's only right wing politicians who are threatened or their lives are at risk from left wing ...NUTTERS. You only have to look at the dom cummins thread to see the outright hate and hypocrisy from the left... Absolutely, the left are full of hatred nastiness, Trump has had two assassination attempts on his life because of lefty bad press, the only reason Starmer is Prime Minister is because the press, lefty media press have gone easy on him and the lefties.
It's trial by media press , the press will have blood on their hands because they have decided to assassinate political candidates personal/private/business lives, it's all become personal and nothing to do with politics and policies, andrea started the thread but watch him squirm out once he knows he's shot himself in the foot.

Look how Farage lost his ability to use a bank....Andrea is a typical lefty apologist with a short memory.

Farage is a man who has been personally targeted for his political beliefs, he has never committed or done anything criminal, he's never been charged or convicted of any criminal racial violent crime, yet the left media including Labour and Lib-dems put this man and his families life at risk every single day because of their bias disgusting assassination of his private personal life, they dare not judge him on his politics because they know he is right and correct, so they close him down shut him up by having him and his family the target of assassination attempts unless he ..... SHUTS UP.

Has our politics become about the personalities rather than the policies? Looking at most of the forum, far more effort is put in to criticising the politicians themselves, rather than the actual policies? Could you ever support a policy coming from a politician who you don't normally agree with?Easily - could you?

Yes Farage has bravely stood up for things yet on the other hand he is such an opportunist jumping at headlines and gets some things wrong. He is largely right about the bigger issues though.

I have to agree here, yes he is a bit of opportunist, and he does only appear to comment here and there, he isn't consistent in his Tory/Labour bashing, he could be making far better ground with both Labour and Tories at the moment, because both of them are performing dismally ... why isn't he capitalizing more on it??

Could you ever support a policy coming from a politician who you don't normally agree with? I hardly think any of my threads are about a politician. You may also have noticed hardly any of my threads are syndicating the MSM stories.
Anyway, to answer your question, yes I think so. I think it is the effect of employing women to write the News. They are natural gossipers.

LOL not really it is about truth and denial. Politicians have no concept of the truth so end up in total denial of it.

I remember Frank Field many years ago saying that benfits should be cut, means testeed etc, and he was Labour, he said many common sense things that those that deal it chaos, call right wing.
It is true that both sides must have mixed views but cant express those things so as to not upset the apple cart.
And we all suffer because of it, so do the parties, governance is more complex than toeing a line.

I once said on here he could do so much as he was not a politician and this may be it, instead of darting around the country highlighting this or that he is now answerable to his local electorate. A very different situation.

Could you ever support a policy coming from a politician who you don't normally agree with? Starmer is getting hammered because of his policies (and his sleaze) because he doesn't have a personality. On the other hand, only Farage is talking about the need to build more infrastructure to cope with the extra 10 million... but he is being largely ignored because he is hated by so many people.

But is he really? Ignored by the media certainly, but then they're spinning an alternative narrative. That doesn't mean that the majority accept it. Indeed, all the evidence suggests otherwise.
