'TOUGH DECISIONS' Keir Starmer doubles down on winter fuel payment cuts as OAPs face months of misery… saying he’s ‘happy to be unpopular’
He never said that before the General Election, he promised everything to everyone, and now at long last he is telling the truth .... "happy to be unpopular".
He knew Before the General Election he was going to punish pensioners, the next on his hit list kids and disabled.
Disaster for Keir Starmer as Labour faces High Court legal challenge Labour's VAT plan for private school fees is facing a legal challenge over claims it discriminates against special needs children.

He's a confounded Liar, he lied his way in to being Prime Minister, if he said before the General Election what he's saying now he knows he would never have stood a chance of becoming PM, yet he knew well before the GE he was going to cut winter fuel allowance for pensioners, he didn't just pluck it from the air once he became PM ... and for that he should be kicked out, he mislead the electorate and there is law to protect people from liars.
The Law says A misrepresentation is a false or misleading statement or a material omission which renders other statements misleading, with intent to deceive. Misrepresentation is one the elements of common law fraud, and other causes of action for fraud, such as securities fraud.

I wonder if Starlin will be equally happy to be out on his arse.

So special needs children, who have parents wealthy enough to send them to private schools, are being discriminated against?
Doesn't the state sector provide for special needs children both in regular schools and special free schools?
I recall the Tories confirming their planned investment of £105 million in this year’s spring budget, as part of a plan to delivering some 60,000 more special school places. Was this another uncatered for "black hole" expenditure...?

From the link you never read ”The legal challenge, lead by Sinclairslaw, claims that families with SEND children could be forced out of private schools due to higher fees, leaving them to rely on a state education system that is ill-equipped to handle their more complex needs.”

The nasty party want to punish anyone who wants private education, because they know educated people wont vote Labour.
Labour want kids in low poor quality education so they can brainwash them in to the lefty mentality, whereas educated people can do the maths, they know when a Labour government puts its General Election manifesto forward that the sums don't add up.
Labour rely on poor educated people not being able to work that out, hence they want to keep kids as poorly educated as they can, that's why they are targeting Grammar Schools, and private education, another reason they want their boat loads of illegal migrants amnesty because they are the next Labour voters, they will brainwash them in to Labour supporters ... and before the outraged lefties kick off, I'm not saying all Labour supporters are uneducated and thick, but I'm sure those ones are enjoying the trappings and perks of being a Labour serving government, so they will keep stum.

I guess you engage mostly with the Grammar school educated well-to-do. Those of us who mix in wider circles know it's schtum...

We have a Labour leader who is now picking and choosing his own 'Causes' to use UK tax payer funds.
Starmer is using the UK tax payers to fund projects close to his heart and what he supports.
That is NOT how governments use tax payers money, as a personal open cheque book to fund his own personal preferences.
One BIG reason the SNP ex-leader Humza Yousaf was kicked out, he was diverting UK tax payers money to help fund his Palestine movement, basically funding terrorists with UK tax payers money, of course the SNP and the rest of the establishment never detailed that as one of the factors he got kicked out.

From the link you never read ”The legal challenge, lead by Sinclairslaw, claims that families with SEND children could be forced out of private schools due to higher fees, leaving them to rely on a state education system that is ill-equipped to handle their more complex needs.”People claim many things in support of a position. But the truth is, local education authorities can and do operate schemes for Special Educational Needs children. But schools — like the NHS and other state provided services — are having to cope with 14 years of a Tory administration that preferred private money and wealth to state management.
Here's one council's guidance for parents and schools...

The fact is that if you force parents of SEND children to take them out of private schools then State schools, that are ill equipped to deal with them ,that will have to be burdened with them. No matter how many times you harp on about the Tories , it’s your Labour PMs problem now and your Labour PMs policies that is putting an extra burden on state schools .

Huns of Useless also wants to ban X because Elon told him to get lost. I can't remember the exact phrase, but it was rather impolite.

I've got a few names to call him apart from Unpopular, but unfortunately it would probably cost me a forum ban.
