God knows what the future holds, none of it is good, the people least able to manage such are in charge. The price ticket for uncontrolled liberalism is now taking shape, and it will be terrible, awesome. The NHS hasnt seen anything yet. It must collapse, oh it already has.
If britain was a balloon, its going to pop, and the result will be flaccid, small.
Health care will be a joke, social services will dissappear, benefits will be tuppence. the rivers will be brown. Clean water may even go. The price of food will skyrocket, some may starve, heating will be unaffordable.
There will be riots, parliament will be stormed, desecrated, and i will be one who will do it, democracy in britain is a joke. I will defend buck house though, those that arnt british will want to destroy it.
There will be vast plumes of smoke over London.
And Starmer will stand up in parliament, whats left of it and on tv, or on radio if its still working, will say all is good, and isnt it great to live in Britain. VIVA DA COMMUNISTA. And you white folk are still BAR STEWARDS.

We all know that the NHS is in a mess, understaffed, recruitment problems, underfunded, colossal waiting lists.
We all know that our justice systmem is in a mess, not enough prison places, not enough prisons, underinvestment.
Councils are running on empty, some are close to bankrupt, some councils are running essential services only. Social care and social services are in a deplorable state, with mental health services hardly functioning in some areas.
The country is in a mess, and the Tories created the mess, they have been running for years on painfully slow growth, no investment, borrowing and deficit.
Everything needs fixing, so we are going to have to pay for everything been fixed, the richest are going to pay a higher share, and the least well off are going to pay the least or nothing.
We want our country, our public services and especially our NHS to be returned back to how it was, working properly, a return back to decent public services that we can all rely upon when we need them.
You CANNOT have Scandanavian style public services and American style taxation, the Tories told lies, you do not get better public services from cutting taxes.

In my mind there is only one way out of this and that is to increase efficiency of operation and to use maths and science to do it.
The Brits are bureaucratic time wasters. There is a problem with their brains. They can't design a system so it is efficient. You go into shops and see these people. We must learnt to do things faster. We have the same problem as the soviet union. Everywhere you look there were delays and queues. NHS is a load of this as well. I had to wait for two hours to be seen, and when I was the woman was a 'know nothing' type, just going though the motions. I expected to meet someone with some medical knowledge so left none-the-wiser. We spend shit loads on education, but it is producing morons which are less intelligent by the time they leave university than the ones who never got educated. They get their brains fried by scammers.

One of the reasons it's in a mess today is because of financial incompetence; £50 million a year spent on 800 diversity and inclusion managers, and £9 million a year spent on diversity courses. Prisons are overflowing because: a) There are 14,000 foreign criminals in UK prisons. b) The population of this country has increased by a massive 8 million over two decades. c) Net migration is currently running at 780,000 a year. Councils are indeed struggling, not least of all because they're providing housing and services for hundreds of thousands of illegals as British people are ignored, or at best forced to the back of the queue. As you know, Labour run Birmingham City Council recently went bust. It has been revealed that the council employed no fewar than 717 diversity and inclusion officers. This is woke incompetence on an eyewatering scale. Parts of the country are indeed in a mess, typically working class areas that have been overrun with immigrants. Knife/street crime in London & Birmingham immediately springs to mind. And yes things need fixing, things like mass immigration. Unfortunately as far as Starmer is concerned anyone who is against mass immigration is a far right extremist. This is the total budget for the Department of Health and Social Care in England, which then passes just over £150 billion pounds to NHS England and NHS Improvement for spending on health services. It does not have recruitment problems, it has HR policy problems. What it needs first is to sack middle management and hire more doctors and nurses in their place and have the doctors and nurses do the middle management stuff as part of their jobs. And change diversity agendas to best person for the job agendas.
Cut waiting lists by getting rid of people who aren't ill from those lists.
Stop offering infertility treatment on the NHS.
If people want kids, they can pay for infertility treatment.
Not being able to get pregnant / not being able to get your partner pregnant, isn't an illness that will kill.
Stop offering gender reassignment surgeries on the NHS.
If people want gender reassignment, they can save up and pay for it.
Stop offering health tourists any favouritism.
Health tourists can go private.
Wishy washy idiot politicians have fucked up what was supposed to be a health service for our nation, not every nation. Every other nation can copy our model and tax fund their own equivalent.

Build more prisons. Have non prison punishments brought back including the stocks, public flogging, and hard labour.
