A painting and a statue for such an extremist and a dishonest individual, shows just how easily led by Tory propaganda so many people allow themselves to be.

I said she was the greatest female PM we ever had. She was not the greatest PM ever. But, she did some good. And a lot of social and financial damage. What was the social damage?

And a lot of social and financial damage. What was the social damage? Perhaps the "There's no such things as society" statement that ushered in 2 generations of unfettered selfish greed. Just a guess. All The Best

All The Best Depends what you mean by society and 2 generations? The big bang was the main problem and if I recall NewLabour were pretty well enamoured with what Thatcher did but wanted the rest of the world to join us irrespective of what the peasants here wanted.

Let's be honest, it is just another cynical populist action from Sir Flip Flop.
He stood on being the grown up, yet he is too dumb to see the optics of tearing down a picture of somebody who was a trailblazer for women.

Let me point out again that this man ..the Prime minister of the UK …..found a picture of a woman do disturbing that he had to move it. This’s is snow flake leftie needing a safe space in action . “ The Prime Minister found the artwork “unsettling” and asked for it to be taken down, according to his biographer.” Telegraph..

Well that is the Torygraph's version of things; hardly likely to try and be impartial about Starmer. There are many, many perfectly valid reasons to remove a picture from a wall, the most obvious one being "he just didn't like it". Like I said, who but a dyed-in-the-wool Tory with a dominatrix fetish would like it? All The Best

All The Best So you associate Thatcher with a dominatrix fetish and Starmer finds her so unsettling he gets the portrait moved l It takes all sorts I suppose .
