What did make me laugh though was the girl from Amnesty International who was applauding his sentiments - they have come a long way over the years..  good news. THOUSANDS of people in dozens of riots in dozens of towns and citys, arson, looting, violence, attempted murder, assault, criminal damage, shops and businesses wrecked and blatant and open racism. Yet the excusers of such behaviour on these boards manage to instead highlight the story of a solitary Labour councillor who said something which was certainly out of order, certainly wrong, and certainly completely irresponsible, for which he was rightly and immediately suspended from the party.
