What a load of bollocks, fiddles.
The evidence that you are a racist grows with your every post.
Please do explain in your own words what Powell actually meant when he said that "one day the black man will have the whip hand" ? Would you or any other deluded racist care to explain precisely what problem Powells followers actually had, and still have with black people. ? Why cannot you accept reality and facts ? ... that Powell was part of a government which invited people here from the Caribbean to fill labour shortages, and that Powell as Health Minister invited qualified GPs from the Sub Continent to fill our shortage of doctors. Powell cannot be defended, as much as you may try That is a question for the Constituent with whom he was conversing. This is why Powell raised the issue as he could not ignore an ordinary citizen expressing the opinion that the country would not be worth living in for his family. The fact that you think they were Powell's words indicates how much you know about or cared to find out about his speech.

The scrapping of the Rwanda scheme and the subsequent allowing those on the deportation list to claim asylum. Prior to that anyone arriving in the UK illegally were not allowed to claim asylum. So no specific policy to give 100,000 asylum seekers amnesty then? How many illegal immigrants did the Rwanda scheme deport? So what are you going to do with that 100,000 - are you expecting them to just disappear in a puff of smoke?

Have you seen their plans for net zero . It’s somewhat ambitious. imo this is all labour la la land . yep. Salmond commented on labours net zero policy regarding North Sea jobs , in oil and gas , and how it's going to cost 100 000 people their lively hood .It's slightly off topic but there is a good article in todays Telegraph about how Labours Net Zero policies are going to decimate jobs in Scotland. It compares Labours policy of a rapid shutdown of the North Sea industry (and the subsequent replacement of oil and gas with imports) with the policy of Norway who are intent on squeezing every last drop out of their North Sea fields - with the ensuing tax revenues going to their Government and keeping jobs going for as long as possible. Our energy policy seems to be driven by dogma rather than reality and good financial acumen.

Well if you have no idea where they are supposed to go and the vast majority of Asylum claimants remain in the country whatever the determination on their case then an amnesty is precisely what it is.

Please do explain in your own words what Powell actually meant when he said that "one day the black man will have the whip hand" ? Try looking around you at the two tier system currently being exercised by your friends in government. Powell cannot be defended, as much as you may try Powell was right - all of his predictions are coming true. However much you may pretend otherwise.
White English people are the most tolerant on Earth but they are becoming tired of the special treatment being extended to others while they get the blame for all the ills of society.
There is currently no Far Right in the UK. But carry on as you are if you want to precipitate one.
People have been saying that Powells warnings are coming true for 56 years, and to date they have never come true. What we are witnessing now is general thuggery, uunprovoked attacks on our police, unprovoked violence, vandalism, arson, looting, and racism directed at inocent people, mostly Muslims, with the far right taking full advantage. Black people from the Caribbean never, ever wanted any kind of special treatment, all they ever wanted from the time they first began arriving here after the Second World War, was to be treated equally, the same as everyone else. As for white English people, MOST are tolerant people who oppose what is currently going on, in citys all across the country where counter-demonstrations have taken place, the rioters are outnumbered by 4 to 1, sometimes more. The perpetrators of this weekends riots are mostly just ferral scum, with a few far right thugs thrown in, they represent only themselves. Your silly warnings are about as frightening as Andy Pandy, the far right will never be allowed to rule over this country.

People have been saying that Powells warnings are coming true for 56 years, and to date they have never come true. Bullshit, fiddles. Remember the "Rivers of Blood" speech? Well let's look: 2005, 7 July: 7/7 central London bombings conducted by four separate Islamist extremist suicide bombers, 52 other people were killed and around 700 more were injured. It was the UK's first Islamist suicide attack. 2010, 14 May: MP Stephen Timms was stabbed during his constituency surgery by Roshonara Choudhry, a British Islamic extremist. Choudhry was the first Al-Qaeda sympathiser to attempt an assassination in Britain. 2013, 22 May: Lee Rigby, was murdered in an attack in Woolwich by Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, two Islamist extremists. 2017, 22 March: 2017 Westminster attack – Khalid Masood, a 52-year-old Islamist, drove a car into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, killing three and injuring almost fifty, one of whom died two weeks later. He ran into the grounds of the Palace of Westminster and fatally stabbed police officer Keith Palmer, before being shot dead by police. The attack was treated as an act of terrorism motivated by Islamic extremism. 2017, 22 May: Manchester Arena bombing – An Islamist suicide bomber, 22-year-old Salman Abedi, blew himself up at Manchester Arena as people were leaving an Ariana Grande concert, killing 22 and injuring 139. 2017, 3 June: 2017 London Bridge attack – Three Islamists drove a van into pedestrians on London bridge before stabbing people in and around pubs in nearby Borough Market. Eight people were killed and at least 48 wounded. 2018, 31 December: Mahdi Mohamud, a Dutch national from a Somali family, stabbed three in a knife attack at Manchester Victoria station. Mohamud shouted "Allahu Akbar!" and "Long live the Caliphate!" during the attack. 2020, 9 January: Two inmates at Whitemoor prison in Cambridgeshire wearing realistic fake suicide vests, and carrying improvised bladed weapons, stabbed one prison officer several times causing serious injuries and harming several others. One of the inmates, Muslim convert Ziamani, from Camberwell, southeast London, had been jailed for 22 years for hatching a plot to behead a UK soldier inspired by the murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby. 2020, 2 February: 2020 Streatham stabbing – Sudesh Amman, wearing a fake suicide vest similar to the one used in the 2019 London Bridge stabbing, was shot dead by armed police after stabbing and injuring two people in Streatham 2020, 20 June: 2020 Reading stabbings – On 20 June 2020, Khairi Saadallah, shouting "Allahu Akbar", attacked two groups of people socialising in Forbury Gardens, a public park in the centre of Reading, killing three and injuring three others. 2021, 15 October: Murder of David Amess – Ali Harbi Ali stabbed MP Sir David Amess at his constituency surgery and was sentenced to life imprisonment with a whole life order. 2021, 14 November: Liverpool Women's Hospital bombing – Emad Al-Swealmeen, carrying a homemade bomb, arrived at the Liverpool Women's Hospital by taxi. The bomb exploded, killing him and injuring the driver. The incident was quickly described as terrorism. 2023, 15 October: Ahmed Ali Alid stabbed 70-year-old Terence Carney to death in Hartlepool and seriously injured another man, who survived. Alid claimed the attack to be an act of protest against the Israel–Hamas war. That's 93 dead and a thousand people injured. More than sufficient blood to prove Powell right. What we are witnessing now is general thuggery, uunprovoked attacks on our police, unprovoked violence, vandalism, arson, looting, and racism... Yep, mainly perpetrated by Muslims. Your silly warnings are about as frightening as Andy Pandy, the far right will never be allowed to rule over this country. I'll agree there because the "Far Right" are largely an invention of the left. So far. Honestly fiddles, you're so blinded by racism and prejudice that you're sounding increasingly ridiculous.

As the cliche goes 'we are not far-right, we are right so far' ......... ABSOLUTELY
MEANING, ordinary people on the streets, have witnessed a overwhelming invasion of their neighbourhoods of fit young healthy SINGLE male migrants, wandering the streets in their design gear, texting on their iphones while ogling teenage young girls coming out of school, then returning to their four star fully funded four star hotels enjoying three meals a day provided courtesy of the UK tax payers, and you wonder why the UK is rioting.

Another of Powell's warnings, made in 1968, was that the 'coloured' popular could reach five million by the end of the century. this was denounced as the ravings of a madman at the time and yet...the 2001 census confirmed the non-white population was 4.7 million.
