YouGov poll had 51% for Sunak and 49% for Starmer. So while snap polling showed that Sunak slightly edged out Starmer in that TV debate, unfortunately for Sunak he needed a much bigger win percentage to even remotely give Starmer something to worry about for the election. Yes indeed, I imagine Labour HQ will be more than relived.

So, just watched some of it. Sunak spent a lot of time shouting "What will you do? What will you do?" - seemingly for no other reason that giving Starmer no chance at all to explain what he would do. All The Best I watched all of it, you're talking rubbish.

All The Best I watched all of it, you're talking rubbish. This from a man who has correctly identified the Globalist Agenda as a significant part of this Country's problems, but then espouses that we vote for a Political party headed by two ardent Globalists. Mmmmm, yeah, that give me confidence that your opinion has merit... ...NOT! All The Best

Slight win for Sunak mainly due to Starmers lack of answers about what Labour would do.
Perhaps once Labour have a manifesto those answers might be forthcoming..

I wonder if Starmer's relative silence was to encourage Sunak to keep repeating the £2,000 tax hike 'calculated by independent civil servants' knowing he had a letter from the chief of the treasury's civil service saying that the figure was not calculated by the civil service.

Right now Starmer is likely to end up as PM not because of anything he has done, or because he deserves to hold that office; but because the Tory vote is going to be split by Reform UK and the Tories are just so old-hat now, no one trusts them. Which is, IMO, a shame. The British people deserve the the best person for PM, right now we are likely to get the slightly least-worst. Surely, Labour, the Conservatives and even the Libs and Greens can put forward candidates to be PM that are better than the shower of shit we see right now. Of course the Starmer / Sunak fiasco is showing - yet again - the massive deficiencies of the FPTP system. All The Best

Well Ive just sat through the programme (I couldn't be arsed last night ) and it didn't really tell us anything we didn't know . Sunaks got a plan and Starmer whatever he is needs 45 minutes to answer a question which isn't a lot of good in an hour long programme .
Issues of the day, Starmer is going to change things without telling us how and Sunaks got a plan . Julie Ethchingham let them talk over each other a little too much but it was all handbags without any substance .
Nothing there that would make me vote for either of them

Any "more of the same shit" will fuck this country beyond hope of recovery. I agree, Starmer does not come across as PM material, but he will be PM unless there is some kind of electoral miracle. I mean the Tories rigged voting ID scheme in their favour, they rigged constituency boundary changes in their favour, and the Tories are still likely to lose; so a miracle is all that is left to save them. All The Best

All The Best I see it as both of them in the more of the same shit club . Just cant see whats going to change with a labour government apart from more woke but we can ignore most of that shit if we want to by just not turning the telly on . The countries fucked good and proper and I cant see a way out with these social democrat puppets .

Just watched some of it, im amazed how sunak cooks it up that he has a plan over illegal and legal immigration, that we are safe in his hands......haaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Its all lies from both. Labour are going to hit us with more tax, etc. Parliament those in it, are not fit, we need something else.
The selection for election to seats is corrupted, we get the same. Its like pouring milk into a lake of milk, the system is geared to self perpetuate.

Its on tonight, watching sunak will be a sport in itself, watching this retard humiliate himself. I never thought it could get worse after May and Joihnson. How wrong was that, there is something rotten in Denmark......Shakespeare.
