LOL this is great, Sunak is like a hungry Rottweiler he's chomping at the bit, he wont be shut up, and it's clearly rattling Starmer. Well, they do say "bullshit baffles brains", and given how long the corrupt, inept Tories have been in power it seems to be true. All The Best

Let me tell you something, we're half way through and without a doubt Sunak has got Starmer on the run, he's visibly rattled.

All The Best I doubt you have time, but any chance of wising up before the programme ends? Come on, you have half an hour, go for it...

I "wised up" long, long before the programme even started. What about you? They would both sell their granny into prostitution just to get / keep their corrupt, unprincipled mitts on the levers of power. One of my uncles, almost 35 years ago, once said to me "if voting actually had the power to change anything they would make it illegal"; the older I get the more he is proven correct. All The Best

They both seem to me to have as much charisma as a Morris Marina. Well at that point in the debate Starmer was definately on the backfoot, you could see it. I thought he was going to start blubbing and say... oh ffs Miss it's my turn, however. On the whole I think it was rather entertaining and I suppose I'm bound to say, overall Sunak won, we'll see. Naturally lefties will disagree, to be expected. And as someone who remembers Morris Marina's, I think the analogy was very unkind, to both of them.

All The Best I also wised up years ago, after flirting with Labour as most clueless kids do. Tell me, your uncle, would he be Mark Twain per chance?..

So, just watched some of it.
Sunak spent a lot of time shouting "What will you do? What will you do?" - seemingly for no other reason that giving Starmer no chance at all to explain what he would do.
All The Best

YouGov poll had 51% for Sunak and 49% for Starmer.
So while snap polling showed that Sunak slightly edged out Starmer in that TV debate, unfortunately for Sunak he needed a much bigger win percentage to even remotely give Starmer something to worry about for the election.
