Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said Diane Abbott is "free to go forward as a Labour candidate", ending days of speculation about the veteran left-winger's future Sir Keir has now given Ms Abbott his blessing to stand in Hackney North and Stoke Newington - a seat she has represented since 1987. Labour's National Executive Committee has the final say on Ms Abbott's candidacy - but a senior source told the BBC the group will not block her from standing.
Let's hope Labour HQ now gets some capable advisors...
Actually Pat, Starmer said it was up to the executive who will meet next week [WK 2 June] to decide whether Abbott can stand as a Labour candidate. Then Raynor said she saw no reason why Abbott could not stand as a candidate, so Starmer fell into line and said yes Abbott could stand s a candidate. Kinda makes you wonder who's in charge, doncha think...

What's strange is that your stats basically mirrors the census stats I was relying on earlier, which, for some reason, you have chosen to dispute. I notice you have chosen to omit Muslims and Jews, and seem to rely on word of mouth. Odd really, considering the census places Jews at ~6%.
I'm relying on published surveys and evidence to inquiries — it was you who said: "I'm fairly certain many have been leaving these areas due to the growing Jew hatred".
You had evidence for that...?
Yes, I was basing it on the rise of Jew hatred as a result of BLM, Hamas and the Left's stance on Israel. Where Jew hatred is now at record levels. It's why Abbott was given the boot and only allowed to return because the far-left demanded it and because she had a solid seat (it's all about winning at any cost for them).
Your "surveys" and so-called "inquiries" do not invalidate the census data I was relying on, yet you are claiming they do and making wild statements that you can't seem to backup. The fact remains, you haven't offered anything that really altered anything.
What does interest me is that Abbott claimed to have withdrawn her comments and begged for forgiveness. This interests me because she spent years relyng on race-politics and bashing white people, whilst hiding behind wild claims that you can't be racist toward white people. She also claimed that you can't be racist toward Jews and then retracted that statement. I think people really need to press the race-baiting incompetent.

There is plenty of evidence out there pat....Google is your friend... There's plenty of opinion on many things that may or may not turn out to be true. I find it safer to rely on research and other surveys...

I don't see how Diane Abbotts stupid remarks are any worse than those of Frank Hester — A major Tory donor who apologised after reportedly saying MP Diane Abbott made him "want to hate all black women" and that she "should be shot".
The Guardian reports, that Frank Hester made the remarks about the then-shadow home secretary during a 2019 meeting. Mr Hester, who runs a health tech firm and gave the Tories £10m last year, admitted making "rude" comments about her. But he said his remarks "had nothing to do with her gender nor colour of skin". Energy Minister Graham Stuart said Mr Hester's comments were "clearly wrong", but warned against "cancelling anyone who has ever said anything". When asked on BBC Radio 4's Today programme if the Conservatives should hand back Mr Hester's donations, Mr Stuart said he was not sure.

I don't care about your deflections and wriggling. If you can't stick to the topic then I will have to assume you're being dishonest.

You're the one raising queries and other matters, which I've tried to answer with recorded and referenced facts, not impressions of things I'm fairly certain of...

Surely even you can see that difference.

He's male, she's female, he's donated £10m to the Tories, she's probably paid party dues to Labour — there's plenty of differences, but do they make either of their stupid and hurtful utterances any worse or any better...?

You're the one raising queries and other matters, which I've tried to answer with recorded and referenced facts, not impressions of things I'm fairly certain of...I pulled you up on your claims that I had already researched on another thread. You're the one trying to dispute my own research whilst relying on nothing that actually challenges the data I was relying on. When pressed further you wriggle and deflect, and try and draw comparisons from something that isn't relevant to the topic.

Mate, I'm a low level civil servant and if I came out on social media and said even a fraction of the things that Dianne Abbott has, I'd be sacked.
Her comments are simply unacceptable for someone in her position.
Hester is a private individual. It's not the same thing at all.
And you know it.

Canvey Island is evidence that Orthodox Jews are leaving London but that’s been over the last few years. They do say it’s because of Jew hatred .
