Would you like to see men using womens toilets without restriction? I don't, but given it doesn't really happen because we use our own by convention, I'm not sure why we need the state to intervene here. Prisons I can see the need for a definition, sure. I don't want the state interfering where unnecessary, and I don't see this as necessary. I've already given details of both sexual assaults by trans ''women'' inmates (ie men) on female inmates in the female prison estate and the rape of a female hospital patient by a trans ''woman'' patient (ie man) in a NHS female ward where the nursing staff had been instructed as NHS policy to tell the police that there were no men on the ward - only women and therefore no rape was possible . It apparently took an entire year for the NHS to back down and admit to the police that there was a biological male patient on a female ward

More fanciful bollocks from a woolly-minded MultiKultist who can't be bothered to check his own sources.
The Indian soldier pictured received the VC in Italy, not Normandy.
No Indians participated in the Normandy landings nor, to my knowledge, in any of the actions in NW Europe from D-Day to the German surrender.
It doesn't matter where Indians and other Commonwealth forces fought the enemy, only that they are remembered for their contribution. The ANZACS deserve remembrance too as do all the other forces including USSR forces who fought against the Nazis.

So if a woman in your company is uncomfortable sharing a toilet with a man she should just suck it up - thats the end result of not having a legal right to single sex spaces. I feel uncomfortable with sharing a voting booth with racists. Should we have a law to prevent this?

Indeed . Let’s just stop biological men having unauthorised access to female spaces for a start . Dress or not. Seems an odd place to start given that the statistical likelihood is so vanishingly rare. And how are you going to police it?It is far from rare when you have non gender changing facilities. Would you want your wife or daughter changing their clothes in front of men?
It doesn't need policing just a law and some common sence FFS....

Nothing stopping andrea having a postal vote if he thinks he is lowering his standards by standing in a line of normal thinking people..

I feel uncomfortable with sharing a voting booth with racists. Should we have a law to prevent this? Perhaps you can request racial segregation. On a more serious note I think women shouldn't be made to share a toilet with a man in a dress. Call that bigotry if you like, but it won't change my mind.

Yes you did, but ignored biological men , pretending to be women - housed in female hospital wards and NHS policy to deny to rape investigators that there were men on the ward

Fair enough, yes happy to include the NHS in that too.

You are not forced to share a voting booth with anyone - it is an exercise carried out on your own in private. Any more silly diversions rather than answer the question.

No it’s fact. Biological men are men . Biological women are women . And if you're born with no genitals what are you?
