Seems an odd place to start given that the statistical likelihood is so vanishingly rare. And how are you going to police it? Same as we do now . You cannot police an activity that is allowed ,legal and acceptable. You can make it illegal, just like you want to make it illegal for trans women to enter ladies toilets. |

Afaik it is unacceptable and sometimes illegal for unauthorised men to enter women’s spaces anyway . Trans women are men . |

What about the ones that do - should we try and stop them? Yes but not by punishing the innocent. As I say its very rare, can you list cases? I can but does it matter how rare it is?. How many rapes in womens prisons are you willing to accept before you would agree to do something? |

I don't, but given it doesn't really happen because we use our own by convention, I'm not sure why we need the state to intervene here. Prisons I can see the need for a definition, sure. I don't want the state interfering where unnecessary, and I don't see this as necessary. |

So if a woman in your company is uncomfortable sharing a toilet with a man she should just suck it up - thats the end result of not having a legal right to single sex spaces. |
