We would probably be better governed if we all voted for the Monster Raving Loony Party.
There are a number of people on this forum who'd make ideal candidates.

Who’s listening? All news items appear to be leading with the unnecessary Diane Abbott debacle… Now another Tory, Mark Logan, MP for Bolton, has jumped ship and will be voting Labour… The transformation to Tory-lite is truly underway by the Labour party. Two parties, that are cheeks of the same arse. Everything must change for everything to remain the same. But the left cheek is much nicer.

Incidentally, where are the smelly hard-left fighting the anti-semitic Abbott's corner here? It seems even those on here have dropped her like a sack of shit for Tony 2.0. Listening to Wes Streeting talking about the NHS must curdle their stomachs, he sounds more like a Tory. Who’s listening? All news items appear to be leading with the unnecessary Diane Abbott debacle… Now another Tory, Mark Logan, MP for Bolton, has jumped ship and will be voting Labour… Proof, if any more were needed, that there is virtually no difference between them.

Labourites are posting this as something to be proud of. God haven't they changed.

It's just dumb tribal voting: "I vote red. I don't care who they are or what they stand for, I vote red. Red Good, Blue Bad, baa baa baa..."

As i have pointed out in other threads, i had the genuine pleasure of being door-stopped by Screaming Lord David (?) Sutch when he was campaigning in Jim Callaghan's constituency in which i lived, in the period before nominations closed and he had not decided whether to stand against Sunny Jim or Maggie T He struck me as neither monstrous, nor lunatic. He appeared to have a firm grasp of political reality and a still firmer grasp of showmanship and how to apply it. I think we would have done well to have the MRLP as a serioys partner in a hung parliament

Being the PM of the YUK is not the pinnacle of life for Sunak but just a stage in life and he wants to move to the next stage. Hence the feeling that he actually just wants to avoid a crushing humiliating defeat but doesn't really want to win.

The Labour Party is attempting to bring the New Labour approach of Inclusion back, which in the Main covers everyone from the moderate side of the hard left to the moderate side of the hard right. And to a greater of lesser degree to everyone else in the country. Using the existing systems "for the many not the few" i.e. the third way, is revolution with fairness instead of violence. The biggest arses in politics outside of the ultra-extremists is made obvious by the lying, insinuating, denigrating excrement that oozes out of the mouths of Tory propagandists. "Everything must change for everything to remain the same." is pure dishonest Tory propaganda.

If we can expect more 'fairness' then we will have more situations like the Bulgarian benefit fraudsters, we will see more pandering to minority rights and more DIE which is eroding quality. The boats will continue of that there is little doubt, law and order will tumble if that is possible and blandishments from government will blame almost everyone else except themselves. I looked forward in 97 to a Labour government and I was hopelessly wrong. I dread a Labour government today and I hope I am just as wrong. The problem now is I also have no faith in a Tory government.

How many more years are they going to be called 'New' Labour, there's fuck all New about them, they are as Old and as rotten from the days of Blair/Brown, maybe they should rebrand again, maybe.... 'No this time honestly we are New Labour' .... I'm pissed off of hearing New Labour, they are Old worn out and ready for the knackers yard.
