Gary Linekar has a right to his opinions, and if the BBC come under any presure to get rid of him, he will be snapped up by a competitor, so those who moan may as well Shut The F*** Up Is that 35,000 innocent civilians or is there an indeterminate proportion of HAMAS fighters in that number. We know that the 1100 Israelis were going about their day to day business when attacked, Israel issued a significant warning they were coming to get HAMAS fighters before their invasion. |

If the BBC MUST refer to Hamas as terrorists because Hamas killed 1100 innocent Israeli civilians Then it must also follow that the BBC MUST refer to the Israeli Defence Force also as terrorists, because they have killed 35,000 people ... MOST of which have been civilians, and a large part been women and children. But the bottom line in all of this is that the government must not be allowed to interfere in the independence of the BBC's editorial content. Spoken like a true outraged lefty^.
