Brexit was one of the few good things the Tories have done, and even then they didn't capitalise on the opportunities properly, as an example we still have tariffs on oranges! We have no orange farms here in the UK. What's the point in having tariffs on things we don't grow?!
Leaving the EU has provided vast opportunities including the opportunity to turn the Commonwealth into a vast free trade organisation in the way EFTA is (i.e. no customs union, but zero tariffs).
The Tories have not made as good use of our independence as they could have. But at least they have got us independence.

The Westminster party duking it out pretending they are something different, they did exactly the same with the referendum and look how that turned out for them, having said that the propaganda is reaching new levels coming out of Westminster. I still bet the none of the above party will win hands down.

I personally think the days are long gone when the Westminster party can lie to its voters (the few remaining) throw them a few quid before an election in hope of buying a vote, I might be wrong, but I think a lot of people have woken up to the usual tricks coming out of the place, while there is not a government in probably 50 years the majority of voters haven't suffered under their policies.

The coming election is about the tories getting a spanking, im voting reform for sure. The bigger the defeat the bigger the revolution in the tory party, leading to a proper blue party. What is disturbing is the tory move to left wasnt about ideology but about winning, which suggests the tories have no belief, apart from winning.
Labour are on a spanking, a caning anyway, like b4 says, they wont last long. Farage will be a tory if the civil war is won by the right.

I think it's best to let it play out. The rich are fleeing the country whilst illegals are arriving with nothing to contribute. Anyone who even attempts to tackle any of the issues, like spending, are hated and voted out, so politics just remains in the short-term and passes the buck to the next poor sucker. It's reaching its crescendo and a Labour government cannot survive on propaganda alone. The longer they're kept in the worst it will be as this fall into the abyss continues. Where I live the opposite seems to be happening. We see more decent English people here and less yobs and idiots. This is how it is in my immediate area. You can tell by the people who walk around or call at my door looking for this and that. These newcomers to the area in the last ten years seem to be those from the South East and London who have fled the third world violence and deprivation it has brought and are enjoying it here. It has become a sort-after area for these types, but for the third world immigrant it is about the worst place you can be. There is a bit of physics in understanding that. Have you ever tried to mix oil and water. The oil will sit in the water in small droplets of 100% oil. It depends on if the oil is soluble. These third worlders and the English are certainly not. The lefty brainwashed types will be happy in their multiethnic communities. Our area has reverted to past civility. The politically correct don't get a foot in the door here. Even if they try and petition the council the council will tell them where to go.

I would take a guess Galloway is laughing his head off at the Westminster party keeping up the pretense.

The "Voters Migration Chart" published by Electoral Calculous is very interesting, and allthough totheleft is correct in his opening post, in that most of Reform UK's new voters have come from the Tories, its also interesting to note that a fairly substantial number of Tory voters have switched to Labour.

It's odd how so many of Labour's third world propagandists already know who is voting Labour.

The reality is Sunak will be trounced
He might even lose his seat. One lives in hope
Because the fact is, a reversal of 2010 or 2015 with a majority of labour seats and a substantial number of tory klingons hanging on for grim death is the worst possible result we could see
I want to see a tory defeat not seen since 1906 or 1945
In fact i want a tory rout that makes those two look like the tory party did rather well actually.
In 2011 i stood and watched the lib dem collapse at the welsh assembly in the wake of public reaction to Clegg
The floor of Sophia Gardens Pavilion was strewn with the bodies of grief stricken lib dems including my work colleague the councillor for Penarth who would next year be ejected in favour of labour. It looked like that scene from gone with tbe wind where the confederate army lay slaughtered and wounded as far as the eye could see
I want the tories to suffer that as a result of Jezza Hunt tossing the people to the gutter in pursuit of tory energy policy.
I want to see the tories as popular as the jews in hitler’s germany
I want to see large scale electoral extermination. I shall rejoice if they are cut down to the numbers David Steel could count on in 1979. Able to hold a parliamentary party meeting in a london black cab (ok two, as one woukd be needed for cyril smith no one else would sit with even if there was room ..,
Nothing short of that will drive the tory party to realise tbectime has come to return to true toryism, or die
