On Friday he said he had no intention of quitting, he said he intended to fight on. Don't they all. Lets hope his replacement is not a divisive racist who ignores 96% of the people in Scotland, who are white. Perhaps now would be the time to reform part of the Royal Regiment of Scotland back into the Black Watch with the mission to keep them tinted bros down...

Liz Truss lasted 44 days. Humza Jousaf lasted 31 days........Don't worry he's still Gaza's first minister 397 days. He became First Sinister on the 29th March 2023. I guess that's just over nine Trusses in parliamentary speak...

Whenever I've thought about Scottish politics — which, admittedly, hasn't been often — the SNP has seemed to be a one-trick pony. Nevertheless, prompted by today's coverage of Humza Yousaf's resignation, I've been wondering who'd benefit. The thought that Scottish Labour is likely to pick up seats (as might Alba, the Conservatives and Greens) would destroy the Thomas predictions that Labour is facing a wipe out north of the Border, does make me smile... Yeah imagine the other anti-English hater (Alba Salmond) in coalition with another anti-English hater Yousaf, bloody hell the people of Scotland deserve more than that, by the time these two had finished Scotland would be on its knees and in financial ruin FFS.

The Royal Regiment of Scotland should be disbanded and the former Scottish regiments reinstated. Amalgamating The Royal Scots, the King's Own Scottish Borderers, the Royal Highland Fusiliers, The Black Watch, The Gordon Highlanders and the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders into one regiment was an act of vandalism.

Next FM, WHITE. They will all be trying their hardest not to be the next FM, squabbling away to avoid the job. The one person who seems to be angling for the job is the angry bald Millwall supporter that is in Westminster, he is unpleasant enough to lead the SNP and I dare say useless enough. Could be more coming this week. What a racist comment. What difference does the colour of someone's skin make? If you are going to comment on Scottish politics, please be sure of your facts (there's a first for everything). Stephen Flynn could not stand, even if he wanted to! He's an MP not an MSP

It was rumoured last night he was going to throw the towel in Frigging good riddance I say...Devolution should be next on the hit list... Yep, abolish it all whilst there's still a Tory majority. Typical!!! Ignore the views of the Scottish people. And, you wonder how the SNP is so popular (even the recent mishaps, support remains in the mid 30%) There is no appetite in Scotland for ending Devolution.

More racism Indeed, but now McYousaf is history, perhaps the racism spewing out of Holyrood and Bute House will be toned down? Yes quite, we live in hope rather than expectation.

He's an MP not an MSP The colour of their skin seemed very important to many in the MSM only a few months ago, in Wales the FM was at pains to direct everyone to the colour of his skin. AS regards Sunak most 'community leaders' talked as if it was the only important thing he had going for him. According to Nayaz Qazi, director of the Conservative Friends of India organisation, Sunak’s elevation is “a very proud moment for British Indians and all ethnic minority communities”.
