Not nit picking. Rather my posts have all argued the same thing. I note that you make no attempt to correct my reading of that sentence. So, it seems it is your inability to write a clear and understandable sentence that is the problem here and not my "nit picking". Paraphrasing is not misrepresentation. Perhaps you could take me through what you actually thought you were posting. You cut and pasted the sentence I posted and you wrote and posted the misrepresentation. You didn't paraphrase . There is a difference between ‘ the Scot’s worst nightmare is the English being indifferent ‘ and ‘ the English will be indifferent’. I think your false claim that they mean the same thing confirms my point . Ill not repeat this again . And you accuse me of nit picking!!! I see you are having problems making yourself understood with another poster. "repeat this again"? Isn't the word "again" superfluous in that phrase.
