Of course this is no surprise to Sturgeon, she was a solicitor and therefore must be aware of basic law, the constitution is not a devolved matter, there was no doubt of the outcome. This will now trigger an avalanche of hatred of the bastard English and a huge stoking of grievance, which of course was all it was designed to do.
